We knew when they were coming just not the time. When they came nobody called us inside the home before they decided to block the driveway. I came out and politely told them I had an appointment and had to leave. They moved the truck. When I came back the guy said "oh some doctors appointment huh? We don't work for you we work for the owner" Totally unprofessional and when I challenged his assessment, his reply was "oh we can handle this right now if you want I ain't afraid of you". Seriously?
