I hit a bump in my lowered Miata and managed to hit my exhaust which in turn messed up my exhaust manifold, Andy here helped me get back on the road with ease. I had bad luck in cracking my exhaust manifold. It wasn't something I could weld shut so it needed replacing. Andy found an OEM exhaust manifold and downpipe to replace immediately. He was transparent and honest with his pricing with was what I needed! I left my car here for a 2 hours and he had it up and running in no time. My man Andy. This one stop auto shop is wedged in the middle of an auto car plaza (Don't know if that's what it's called but that's what I'm calling it). There's very limited parking but if you call in to schedule an appointment there shouldn't be a problem. He'll tell you when is a good time to roll on in. I took my wife's Subaru Outback in for an oil change. I had a schedule for I believe at 9AM and I was out in about 30 mins. Can't complain. As Andy was changing my filter he noticed a couple of things wrong under the hood and instead of being a shady mechanic like past ones I've had. He told me what was wrong and how I could go about fixing it. I've had quite a few mechanics before that would tell me something is wrong and highly recommend I should get it fix with them ASAP to only find out later that it was that necessary. So I really appreciate Andy's honestly and helpfulness to save me some cash. You my friend are my mechanic for life so don't stop what you have been doing and I'll see you at the next 5000 miles! read more

My husband and I tried installing this Curt 13068 hitch 5 times on our Honda Odyssey in our driveway. We returned the first hitch when the holes didn't line up thinking that it was a defect. We bought it again and the holes still didn't line up. My husband was hesitant to hire a pro because of the possible cost. But Andy at One Stop Auto was super responsive and gave us a great quote. While we waited at the nearby Oakridge mall, Andy called and asked if the van had been in an accident because the holes didn't line up, and there was evidence of a past repair. This is an incredibly honest place that runs with kindness for humanity and incredible integrity. Long story short, I was in my move from LA to San Jose and my car died on the freeway. I got towed here after finding it on Yelp. Andy ran a diagnostic on my car FOR FREE and told me he shouldn't work on it any longer as it should be covered by my warranty at Kia. He continued to look under my hood for no cost and try a few things to see what could be the issue while I was on the phone with a tow company. Insurance refused to pay for my tow, and Andy told me to "stay here as long as you need" as I made calls to different tow companies. He even went on the Kia website and called me in to share a few helpful numbers with me. I've been outside his business for two hours now waiting for a tow truck. He has not charged me a dime and most importantly, he was trying to save me money by telling me to go to the dealer for warranty service versus doing the work himself. Today is my first day in my new hometown of San Jose and sadly I'm spending it dealing with a dead car. But the silver lining is that I've found my go-to place for all of my auto needs.
