Do not trust what is said...please read all the small print…read more 1-Hall floors are stained & not cleaned over the few months I was there. 2-Staff was not available during hours that they are suppose to be available including access to reserve a conference room with over 24 hrs notice. 3-After ending the contact, it was extremely difficult to get a reply from the sales rep & impossible to get corporate. The secretary didn't know about the hidden fees or have access to reach corporate either. 4-Sales representative said many things that were contradictory to what the contract stated. (I will always read every word of contracts vs listening to the sales person in the future) ***Told that there was no additional fees. Like nail holes & could do anything to the room like mounting TVs. It was left in exact condition, since only used conference rooms a couple times. WHAT HAPPENED I was charged over $400 for restoration of the 7x13 unused room. ***Told the contact could start on any day & could end with 30 day notice. WHAT HAPPENED I was focused to pay for 53days after giving notice on the 7th of the month. ***Told coffee & tea was included in the contact. WHAT HAPPENED was it was out of order & it was added to my bill when repaired. ***The sales pressure techniques was not appreciated. "Only 1 space available with 4 contacts out on that room & suggest you don't wait or will be paying more." It became obvious it was a lie with many empty rooms available. ***I did pay a lot more in the end. Quoted $400/mon including everything & ended up costing me $800/month.
