My experience with broker Dimitri Minero was extremely disappointing and unprofessional from beginning to end.
Despite being hired as a broker, he did very little to actually help us find a rental. Most of the properties we were shown were ones we could have found ourselves, and in the end, I located the home we rented entirely on my own. Even though he played virtually no role in finding the property, he still expected to collect a full broker's fee.
His professionalism was also lacking. He was frequently late to appointments, sometimes scheduled appointments without consulting me first, and often arrived looking unprepared and unprofessional. It felt like my time and schedule were never respected.
The most frustrating part came after the transaction. Even after his broker's fee had already been paid, he continued contacting me repeatedly about matters that had already been resolved. The volume and persistence of the messages became excessive and made me feel uncomfortable. Instead of simply verifying that payment had been received, I was repeatedly pressured as though the issue had never been resolved.
Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I've had with any professional service. I expected guidance, organization, and professionalism, but instead received poor communication, lack of effort, constant delays, and unnecessary stress. I would not recommend using Dimitri Minero as a broker and would encourage anyone looking for a reliable, organized, and professional rental broker to consider other options. read more
