The owner is really great, always helping me and my girlfriend find the exact vape we're looking for and knows his product so well. If we're looking for a certain flavor or brand he either has it or it's already on the way it's incredible. He's a great conversationalist always down to just chill and chit chat while we look around and decide and has good recommendations based on what were looking for. He's never recommended me a flavor I didn't like. You can tell he really cares more about helping the customer than just pushing product. If I have a bad vape Wether it's already burnt or doesn't work at all or breaks soon after purchase I take it back and he's always happy to help fix the issue.
