I was unable to travel to Montana and when the very nice lady who answered said to me "Don't you worry - that's what we do" when I asked if they would box/send/ship to me even if I wasn't there in person to pay, I knew I was in good hands. And it was a blessing to find this store and it's owner, Sindee. Sindee is the best, kindest, most efficient person I could have hoped to deal with, and in other calls I needed to make to the store before the items got delivered there, other staff members who answered the phone were also friendly and helpful. When Sindee called to get my cc number she also told me she would send a tracking number, which she did, and the package actually got to me earlier than she thought, and in perfect condition. There was nothing sloppy about their packing job and I have sent a picture of the box itself and how it presented when I opened the top. Because of privacy I'm not attaching further pictures but I can tell you all was in order, nothing had moved around in shipment, and I couldn't have asked for a more perfect result. I emailed them originals and instructions beforehand, then picked up my large (nearly $500) order in person and added something to it on the spot. Throughout the process, they were responsive, professional, skilled, and fair. They spotted something that wouldn't look right when printed and offered to correct it before printing. For my on-the-spot need, they allowed me to work with the artist to get it just right, select the right paper stock, etc. On top of all that, their pricing was lower than other vendors in the area I had contacted, and the way they calculated the price was more than fair. Don't hesitate to use them! I certainly would if I were ever back in the area.
