Not only are they friendly to customers; but, they maintain a good relationship with the other local businesses. Please note that all the other 1* reviews referencing being kicked out were rightfully kicked out for mentioning things they shouldn't that would take away the stores license to sell tobacco pipes. Some people may find this "rude"; but, it is just a matter of fact that you cannot reference using the products for illegal drugs because that bars the business from selling products to you (whether you have a medical card or not).

It's disappointing, and as a result, I've decided that I won't be returning to this store. This visit particularly irked me due to the inflated prices on their kratom products. They purchase in bulk and definitely receive discounts, so there's no reason to charge full price. For example, while the press'd product is only $40 from the manufacturer, they mark it up to $45 here. When I brought this up, the employee called the owner, someone I've previously met at his other store who was very friendly and even offered me free products. However, instead of addressing me directly, she referred to me as "this lady." After being a loyal customer for months, that felt disrespectful. The owner claimed he couldn't sell it for $40, so I ended up with the 7ohmz 29mg product, which turned out to be a fake. It doesn't have a QR code, and the texture is sticky and unpleasant, almost like gum. To add insult to injury, I'll be going back tomorrow to resolve this, Today was my birthday, thanks a lot. You'd think I'd get some recognition or a simple "Happy Birthday" to show that they value their customers. Once there, I was told I had used the piece and only the owner can do returns. (Mind you, the glass banger and piece itself were both still spotless.)
