The quoted us 1/2 price on initial cleaning which makes me believe that they over-price their service. The final bill did not match their quote and during the emails back and forth the photo shows one of their responses to me. They said it was a computer glitch so obviously they didn't see the link bef they posted. I overpaid and they have yet to send a refund. This is not the type of service I could recommend to anyone. Given the state of my apartment the price was reasonable. I had some valuable things I left behind and they were very quick to let me know and bring them to me. A very honest company. My apartment charges for anything left unclean so I was worried about charging a cleaning company and then getting charged again if it wasn't a good job. My building was completely satisfied and I would hire them again no problem. :)
