Their pricing was in line or better than other estimates we received. We only had them paint the walls (since I was waiting to paint the trim during a later project). I don't know what/if they offer in the way of helping you pick paint since we already had the paint (we'd been painting other walls already and had purchased plenty of paint), but they did let us know how many gallons they'd likely need to be sure that we had enough on hand. Excellent explanation of the process and the time it would take. They communicated well and let us know when another (outdoor) job had run a few days behind and we were able to schedule a good date for us both. I work at home and they respected the need to keep noise down - they were so quiet! The preparation to protect the area where they worked was thorough and the paint job was excellent. The clean up was superb - except for well-painted walls, you wouldn't have known we had anyone there that day! They had let me know if I wanted them to work a longer day that they could have it done in one day and they delivered! However, the day after they finished I discovered that our cordless drill, the charger and extra battery were missing. No one had been in our garage since it was last seen (the last day they painted) and when I noticed it gone. I reported this to Sharon on that Sunday morning after Thanksgiving and she ended up replacing it with a brand new one. Today I discovered a jar of spare change was missing from my guest bedroom that contained about $100 in silver coins. Again, no one but my family has been in that room except for the painters. They also lost one of our smoke detectors they had taken down to paint the ceiling. I did tell them not to worry about that because all our detectors need to be replaced. Doesn't matter how nice you seem or what kind of work you do, if you are thieves you have no place going into peoples homes!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!
