I was lectured by her on how we need to call at a certain time and simply took it. After seeing it was nowhere on the ticket and no signage at the airport I decided to speak to a manager and inform him of the berating she gave. He acknowledged and apologized. Then pulling out to pay to my surprise the same lady who answered the phone was the operator in the booth. Who once she found out want to explain that it was me misunderstanding and she was only trying to explain so I wouldn't have to wait. I literally had to roll my window up until she was ready to give receipt. No one should be treated like this as a customer. Also they have turned off Google reviews so they wont recieve bad reviews.

There was a ton of snow on the ground and so I asked him which lot was closest to a specific restaurant. He thought about it and said there was another lot but then he thought about location and said it was half a dozen of one and six of another. LOL. Loved the honesty. He told me where to park in his lot to get the optimal distance and the price was decent ($5 )

There is no WiFi & no restrooms or port-a-potties & only two trash cans. It's directly across from the air traffic control tower. I guess the no frills nature of the lot makes sense since Will Rogers Airport is a smaller airport. So, if you're just there to sit for a little while and don't want to pay for parking, this place is great. FYI: If you stay in the hourly parking lot at the actual airport for less that 1 hour it's free. That way you can access the bathroom and services and can even meet your arrival in the terminal rather than drive from the cell phone parking lot to the terminal.

So on 15th I gave 30 day notice, and vacated by 15th of next month. But was charged for entire month anyway. Wish they would have told me this, would have just stayed until end of month.

She even recognized me my truck from taking the first time I paid $98 to get the truck serviced washed and wiped down. The first expense was great this time it was half done the way they did the first time from underneath to the truck itself. Inside was great. I could've came up the block for $20 less off the i240 western, I guess what I'm trying to say is the finishers have to be consistent on how I like my truck done wiped down washed wiped down for $98 to wash my truck at a certain level. I don't mind paying, but they could've did better this time and I took them $20 in the box. This is my dude in the big white truck Tommy Smalls.
