Wow crazy I called the Payton guy that gave me that number. And when I called a lady answered I asked to speak to him and they said that they will be willing to help me then my phone disconnected with them as if it knew it was a scam... I called the second time they had me talking to another lady because the previous one is already on another call. they told me that there is a buyer that wants my car and is within 25 to 50 miles away from me all i have to do is pay $289, they didn't explain what that money was for they just asked for my Visa and I had told them that I didn't have the funds. They asked how long until i can get the money because they would have to let the buyer know and i had told them probably 5 days from now. They were saying that I might miss my opportunity to sell from this buyer and they don't know if there will be another potential buyer. So they just gave me an email and the number to call the person that helped me. But now that I'm looking at all the reviews I'm thinking of not calling them. Since I paid for this "service" by credit card, I was able to "dispute" the charges. I sold my car myself within the legal refund time, but after numerous attempts to get my refund with no response, contacted my credit card company. Just like all the other reviewers say, "Aaron" has been contacting me every single day telling me that it will cost me only $200 to sell my vehicle. I am trying to SELL my car... as in make money! Hats off to Mr. John Wilson manager of Oncedriven as he will use any excuse not to refund money. From my knowledge he is the only one who can refund money and he has many waiting to receive refunds. He is never in the office or it appears that ways. He been using an excuse that there have been family health issues for not being in the office to do refunds. Until you read the fine print saying that if you sell your vehicle, only then will they reimburse you the cost. If you sell it yourself independently, they still keep $29. I called them and told them I was not interested in their service after 24 hours, and they said I'm not getting a refund. So, they removed my listing and intend to keep the $189 regardless. I never once answered when they called or called them back following their spammy voicemails and they keep calling anyway, long after the post is removed. I too have "Peyton". He's not even identifying himself as interested in the car anymore, just "Hey, it's Peyton, call me back". When I was paying with a CC they talk to you like if after 45 day's you get a refund less a 29.00 service fee if the auto does not sell. They call over and over telling sellers from craigslist and other websites they have buyers for their item and for $200. to $300. they will let you make a ad in their website. I put in oncedriven.com and they have a website. I then went to Google, typed in " cars for sale " and searched first ten pages and their website did not show up. So, they do not spend money to advertise their website, no one sees their website, they do not have buyers for your item which means the money you give them is for nothing.
