this store is just garbage, worst franchise ever. I will drive an over an hour in another direction to get to a best managed store.

It's very concerning that the majority of the staff here do not wear masks. Isn't that a state policy? For the safety of their customers, the owners need to require that staff wear masks. Also, only about half of the customers in the store had on masks. It's a place with tight aisles and other customers can get very close to you. I have to say that I love the 10 Onesies deal they have, but my good experience seems to hover there. Their clearance rack - I seem to remember - is usually 50% off all yellow tags. Today I found that practically the whole store was tagged clearance! Yay right?! So I spend wearying tens of minutes with a toddler in tow looking through every piece in each section the interests me, find three pieces, only to be told that right now, clearance is only 20% off since they are having a blowout clearance saw this weekend (today was Memorial Day Monday). Seriously? Waste my time. The worst part however was the booster seat I purchased. Fisher Price, orig $35ish, marked $15. Super. Then I got it home. The lighting in the store (meant to hide stained collars methinks) was so poor that I couldn't see how dirty this thing was. So I set to wiping down the food smears and coffee drops. Then I remove the cover and EEW!! Chunks of petrified meat, greasy crumbs, and HAIR! Someone had cut their child's hair in this seat and never cleaned it - it was black with shavings!! Accepting an item like this is unimaginable to me, but reselling it!! That is unacceptable. I will think twice before shopping here again. That's nasty. read more

This store is great a place to stock up on children's clothing. Yes you have to search for some good finds, but it's worth it. The trick to selling your items is to have clean, ironed, neatly folded garments in a tote. They do trades-so if you are selling items they are interested in purchasing and you end up purchasing items during that visit, they use your "credit" to pay for those items. In the last couple of weeks I have found brand new and like new school shorts for my children. Today I visited for their clearance blow out and got a bag full of clothes for $42-and everything was brand new or nearly new. One shirt still had original tags. I stocked up on summer clothes for summer camp, and found a super cute army green fall jacket for my daughter. The staff is friendly and helpful. This store is definitely a budgeting mom's best friend. read more

I've gone with good quality clothes from Burberry, Gap, Zara etc and every time I go the guidelines change ooo we can't take this because it's wrinkled we can't take this because it's turned inside out the guidelines have become very far fetched I could see if the clothes are worn out or even dirty but trying not to except good quality clothes for petty reasons is stupid and when I ask what are the guidelines they never have a clear cut answer always different responses I took a true religion zip up hoodie and they style of the seater was bleached which was how it was sold the woman tried to tell me ooo I poured bleach on it and she couldn't accept it I literally had to google the sweater for her so that she can see this was the style it's crazy read more

I have been to the store on four separate occasions. Initially, I thought the store could be a valuable resource for nice clothes and other baby items for my infant son. However, I've come to dread going there. Although I believe that the prices they paid for my items were unreasonably low, I did sell items there so I won't focus on the low buy-out, per se. I will say that if they insist on a No Negotiation Policy, they need to clearly state what they are willing to pay for general items (example: sleepers, pants, tops, jackets, etc). A poster or a print out on the back of the policy/info form that you fill out when dropping off sellable items would be ideal. Otherwise, I want to be able to negotiate or refuse the sell on the individual items. Today, I was given a buy price and since it was so low, I reconsidered selling two of the original items. The cashier informed me that normally, "it's just one price for all; take it or leave it." My next suggestion, and I've heard this complaint from other customers on each of my four visits, is that it's overcrowded and overstimulating. I understand that you have a lot of merchandise for sale and it's logical to want to get ALL of it on the floor, but if you limit what's on the floor you'll create a sense of urgency and the frequency of individual shoppers will increase. They'll want to stop by more often just to see what's out now. Like I mentioned, I have been to the store three times since August 2015 and I feel like I've seen all the clothes each time. I don't understand why during Sept and Oct I cannot find a regular, cotton sleeper. The only merchandise available is thick blanket sleepers for cold winter nights. Hello, it's Eastern NC, it doesn't get cold at night here until at least after Thanksgiving! Why not offer multi-seasonal clothes at one time? As a pregnant mom last year, believe you me, I was planning ahead for baby's first year...no mom buys for just one season for a layette, trust me. At any rate, my son had a growth spurt and now I need 12-month sleepers that aren't thick and fuzzy. Lastly, there's not one particular complaint I can give about the customer service, but I can tell you I don't like it. Sure the employees say "hello" and offer general courtesies, but they make you feel like you're a hindrance to their day. The front is crowded and the PIN pad for the debit option is at only one location so you have to clammer over other customers in an already crowded area. On two of the visits, the cashier forgot to ask me if I had a card to stamp...I missed out on seven stamps! (the store has a promotion that for every $10 you buy or sell you get a stamp. After you fill the card, you get 20% off your purchase) That's 50% of the time, the cashiers will forget about the promotion that's designed to keep customers coming back! That's horrible!! You're just going to leave a bad taste in the mouths of your potential customers. Have the cashiers attend a customer service workshop or get new employees with the existing skill. Bottomline, this place needs to rethink their business model...or not, hey, it's only my opinion. read more

Tried to sell a year of my daughters clothes to them today. Came in first time and was told not accepted in bags which is understandable. I bring them back in two containers and was told by Makenzie that next time they needed to be folded but it was ok this time. Get there to get the clothes that they didn't want and was told they couldn't accept any without them being folded. Not happy to be told one thing then go back to find out something different. read more

Today was my 5th day shopping here I like it. I get nice name brand clothes for low prices can't get any better then that right !

This has got to be one of the worst consignment places. They sell children's clothing and accessories, but they don't accept ANYTHING!! Brand new clothes from the Gap, in season and some for next season, with tags still on, they don't accept. Honestly, reason being as they did not go through the whole tote, just the top portion! Also, don't accept room decor??? There are moms out there that cant afford all the decor, but still want a cute nursery! Come on!!!! I took two 25 gallon totes of clothing here. Most things had not been worn with tags still on, and most things were expensive brand name. They only took three outfits. Things that were from Walmart and not in as great of condition as my other things. They left no reason on the yellow slip for why they did not take the rest. I ended up donating everything else to a local church. read more
