The uhaul shipment ended up arriving on December 24 which was not ideal due to the holiday, but 2 guys and a van were able to accommodate. Everything was moved in within the time window provided in the estimate. They also wrapped up some of the antique items to prevent damage. Would book these guys again. All the communication is rapid, clear, and convenient. Price: on par with other professional moving companies in the area. Move experience: Seamless. The movers called to say they'd be a few minutes late because of truck issues, but they more than made up for that time by working quickly. They sent 5-6 people to help with our huge move (finally, a company that understands how to staff large moves!), were prepared to handle some very heavy and oddly shaped items, and were extremely proactive and patient with helping me figure out where to put some furniture in smaller spaces in my new house. This was one of the most jarring and shocking moving experiences I've ever had. I had a move set up…read morethat was cancelled the week of, with no notice or apology. I've moved with this service for 4 moves, and have never been treated so unprofessional. I confirmed a move on April 10, the ONLY item that was TBD was me quoting a move of 10am, and that I would confirm the time sooner. There were multiple emails back and forth over the course of 2 months confirming other details by the owner, so there was no ghosting or lack of communication. The week of my move, as I promised I confirmed the timing of 10am, and asked if it could be 9am, as my building was requesting this. After my out reach, Manuel came up with many excuses that were baseless. He accused me of never confirming the move since one email, when I forwarded him our entire thread of response he diverted to the time not being confirmed, I again told him as he can read I did quote a 10am time and was merely asking the week of if we could move 1 hour (which I also said was OK if not). He proceeded to use any other irrational reason not to take accountability, did not care about me being a 4x customer, or responsibility for the fact that this is how I've always arranged moves with him (initial time, confirmed time week of). He then hung up on me with no remorse. I had previously recommended this service to multiple friends, and will be telling them all of this experience for their upcoming moves and HIGHLY do not recommend. They are unreliable, and when they are in the wrong, they have no desire to take accountability or make any things right.
