I didn't even bother mentioning that I was the homeowner after that interaction. Believe the reviews -- they're not exaggerating. Poor attitude and lack of professionalism make it clear that customer satisfaction isn't a priority here. I recommend utilizing the express DMV on Range Ave. for your notary needs. I told her she will not pay that and to contact another notary. The new notary said the documents were completely fine and she did not owe any fee and we got the problem handled. When we contacted these folks again they were rude and told my mom she still needed to pay. When we told the lady at this DS Notary we got the paperwork cleared and she could speak to another notary to verify, she completely changes her tune! She said there was never an issue all along. Unbelievable. People please seek a second opinion if using this place!! Or don't use them at all!

I texted him thinking that they were going to come at 10, and he explained to me that it was actually noon, but they were running early so they arrived at 11. He and his coworker had all the tools, equipment, and knowledge to get the job done. They understood the problem and fixed it in a matter of minutes and then explain to me what I needed to do after they left. While he could've charged me more for the labor in time for the repair, I only had to pay for the visit, which I thought was more than fair. Two days later, everything is still perfect. I have no plans about giving Amen Appliance Repair my highest recommendation.
