Great lodge right on the beach and a brief walk from town. Our building had a kitchen and two showers so plenty of room to go about our business. Free kayaks to borrow for some time on the water about a 2 minute walk from the hostel. Two gripes: the WiFi situation is a bit dodgy- it is technically free, but you have to request vouchers good for 200MB at a time, so if you run out after the office is closed you have to pay a minimum of $20 for an account or wait until the morning. Also, while most people who work here are very pleasant, especially one of the main ladies, the other lady in charge is somewhat passive-aggressive and petty- before she even says hello she's griping at us about having sand on our feet (ummm the place is called "On the Beach"). Loving it so far! The set up is amazing--kinda like apartments, each lodge having a kitchenette and living area! The lodges are colorful and charming and literally right on the beach. There are kayaks for residents to use for free too! Called the staff because we were going to arrive late and they were incredibly sympathetic--they arranged for us to pick up our keys anyway!
