I use On My Way exclusively, due to having an efficient drop off and pick up arrangement at work. My most recent order was the first time I had a problem. I was not able to locate my clothes in the pick-up area, despite receiving a notice that they had been dropped off.
I contacted On My Way and I could not be happier with their response! They were able to confirm delivery, then contacted my employer and were able to produce a photo of my clothes, confirming they were right where they should be.
I'm not sure if I just missed them (I did look at EVERY label multiple times), or if someone grabbed the wrong bag then returned it, but within a day I am reunited with my shirts and and super-impressed by the customer service attitude at On My Way.
Their attention to detail has always been great and now I know if I do have an issue, it will be addressed promptly and professionally. Customer for life. read more
