They have serviced it and sold supplemental pieces to grow the system. What I appreciated is they they sold us a system that could grow with our needs and not break the bank. We told them what our budget was and they stayed in it. We got a good system that has lasted through many years of theater and grown into a full system today. When something breaks they fix it, generally the same day. I have been impressed with their service experts. They have all top-of-the-line equipment at the cheapest prices in town. So far I rented lighting kits, Cinema lens kits, a field audio recorder and a smoke machine. All of these have came with the associated batteries fully charged and support gear ready and were in top condition. I recently just rented a smoke machine, which ended up being too small for my use and quite functioning at optimal quality. They quickly upgraded my rental for free, giving me a very high-quality fog machine. Red Finch rental is clearly disrupting the Film rental equipment industry in Utah. I'll keep coming back for sure.
