They have serviced it and sold supplemental pieces to grow the system. What I appreciated is they they sold us a system that could grow with our needs and not break the bank. We told them what our budget was and they stayed in it. We got a good system that has lasted through many years of theater and grown into a full system today. When something breaks they fix it, generally the same day. I have been impressed with their service experts. They have all top-of-the-line equipment at the cheapest prices in town. So far I rented lighting kits, Cinema lens kits, a field audio recorder and a smoke machine. All of these have came with the associated batteries fully charged and support gear ready and were in top condition. I recently just rented a smoke machine, which ended up being too small for my use and quite functioning at optimal quality. They quickly upgraded my rental for free, giving me a very high-quality fog machine. Red Finch rental is clearly disrupting the Film rental equipment industry in Utah. But since my brother was getting married the same day as the festival I felt bad for this man and hired him as a dj for my brother wedding on 6/19. Was in communication with him starting the 6/11 regarding the wedding deposit paid 6/14 and everything was explained to him in detail. And like I said he was aware I was not going to respond to him immediately on the day of because I was putting together the festival that he was supposed to bring his prop up hp sprocket Photo Booth that takes terrible pics btw and decided not to a week before. So this man was very aware 6am-10pm I'm busy try to host a festival. I sent everything up for him the day of (yesterday)I had the venue owner waiting on him to start set up per his request at 12pm then he didn't show up and told me I'll start set up at 4pm she still waited for him he then texted me at 5:39pm saying the event has been cancelled. How are you as the DJ of my brothers wedding tell me our wedding is cancelled? I saw that message at 6:19pm in the middle of the festival I immediately called him about 10 times left 3 voicemails he finally answered saying word for word a friend called me to tell me your wedding was cancelled so I didn't fuck up you did mind you this random person is no where on the contract he made us fill out and sign. I was arguing with this man for over an hour to show up his website on yelp says he's in south salt like the venue was in sandy I was on the call with him at 6:30-7:30 the distance from south salt lake to sandy isn't over an hour he said I'll get there at 9:45 then start setting up at at 10pm mind you the wedding started at 8pm and he should've already been set up. So that tells me his equipment was never loading in his car. Aaron smith is highly unprofessional he also is very rude and will act like he's doing you a favor when he actually isn't. We're paying you for a service that mean your at our service we're not at yours. He also needs to rent out everything so in reality he's just a middle man which is why he has ridiculous prices. What kind of DJ doesn't have DJ equipment and then he offers vintage,360, and other photo booths he need to rent for someone. If you got to the end skip this middle man. I'll be reporting him to BBB as well. And if it wasn't clear he's a liar terrible person.

I'll list everything that went wrong: A few days before the event, I was told we could rent white umbrellas. I said ok - I'll take white. Then later I was told the white umbrellas were unavailable. I picked tan. Now fast forward to day of pickup: 10-20 minutes before our set pickup time, I'm told the tan umbrellas are dirty. I can choose navy? Ok. I guess we'll go with navy. During this conversation, I was also told the pickup location changed AND the event coordinators were running late. Also a few days before the event Cass asked me if I wanted to pick up instead of having them delivered. We are coming from out of town, so it was difficult to arrange pickup. However, we made it happen with another family member. I asked multiple times when I would get a refund because I paid in full a long time ago. I finally got my refund, but come to find out when looking at the quote that there's a fee for us to pick up. I wish she had told me that on the phone. Would have been nice to know. I have tons of texts and transcribed voicemails for anyone that would like to see. There were problems from the start even beyond what I've listed. I told Cass yesterday I was extremely disappointed with this experience. I regret it completely. I asked for a discount since we ended up with umbrellas we didn't order. I have not received a discount. Super unprofessional company. All communication was difficult. I felt unimportant for sure. I would never rent from this company again.

David was kind on the phone and setting it up was easy. the day of the event June 6, 2026 - I received no call and no show with the tables. i called, emailed and text. no one still has responded. we had no where to sit for my sons graduation bbq and no set up table. A graduation party is a once-in-a-lifetime event, and this company's failure to deliver left our family scrambling on a day we should have been focused on celebrating our son.
