Unethical Business Practices.
Love the product but these are determined theives to hold you in a trap of deciete. If you try and cancel they will chew you down until you say Uncle and except product at a lower cost and manipulate the words so that you think you will in the future recieve one bottle instead of three making it nearly the same price when you canceled due to cost issues. Then The website is hostile and will not let you cancel your account. On the phone they never try to close your account and try for 20 min to talk you out of it and then when they give in they make you answer another 20 min of questions and explanations of things you already know. Basically trying to wear you out to make you give up. I still cancelled after all that and then called my bank to dispute charges as they refused to cancel my order which was NOT shipped yet. Also I would still have to pay shipping cost both ways to send product back that was not even shipped yet. I then went to the BBB did a review on their unethical business practices and then files a formal complaint against the company for bullying people with harrassing tactics to get you to stay a customer. My reason for trying to cancel them sense December 2021 was to have that money to pay for upcomming medical equipment. Which this month Feb 2022 and now short on fund to pay my medical equipment bill due to Omega XL autoship scam. I also ready many reviews all with same problems and some who can not get the company to cancel. They will think they are canceled but still get charged. One person had went through the cancelation process twice and still was being charged. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM IT IS A TRAP. read more
