They were very understanding and talked me through the whole process. On the day of the job, they called me and told me what they would be completing. They called me back later when they had an issue (one with my house, not an issue they created) they did have to enter my home, and they left it very clean! I couldn't have asked for anything else from this group of guys, we got every single question answered from start to finish. They explained it in terms I understood and have called me every single time I needed it. I would recommend them to absolutely anyone! Moisture in our breaker box was through a hole in our siding where a ground wire is located. TJ pulled out our breaker box, showed us where the moissture is coming in from and advised us on doing the minor repair. Friendly, professional, and thorough, TJ is an excellent representative from BAM. If we are unfortunate enough to experience foundation problems in the future, our one and only call will be to BAM.

So there used to be another lumber company in this location but I can't recall the name. Never had…read morean issue with them. So spahn and rose opened up here and a couple years ago, I came in and bought one sheet of wood and they cut it how I needed it. About 6 months ago. I wanted a small chunk of wood to for a project I was doing. The gentlemen who answered the phone said we don't do that here. And hung up the phone. It was an older gentlemen. I didn't really think too much of it and I just went withouy doing the project as it was just for fun. Fast forward to a few months ago and I was redoing my couch, giving some life back into it and I measured the seating area of the couch. I asked my husband to call and he was given the same response "We don't do that here" and my husband was going to ask about custom ordering it but as soon as the guy said we dont do that here he hung up the phone. No goodbye or nothing. So I called and said very calmly and nicely that it was very unprofessional to hang up on someone, and he said if someone gives him attitude, he's going to give it back, my husband said he was very kind about it, and I told the gentlemen that even if a customer has an attitude, it is your job to remain calm and not be unprofessional. At this point, I had had enough of his attitude and I asked for his name because I would be making a complaint, and he said I'm going to do to you what I did to him! And he hung up the phone. I did contact someone from their main office, I believe his name was Ryan. He was very apologetic, and did everything he could to fix the problem. He said that he has had things cut many times before, and that their company is always willing to go out of their way to make a customer happy. Side note: The gentlemen who was rude. I do not believe is a good representation of Spahn and Rose and that he was just a bad seed. Ryan went to the Newton store, and cut it for me personally. Unfortunately because of the verbal abuse, I don't want to conduct any business at that location again. I will have to travel about 30 minutes somewhere else, but I don't mind. I am not sure if I would refer someone there again because I don't know if the problem has been fixed.

The day came and he showed up early and coordinated with the people dropping the tank. He filled in the sides and even came back with his skid loader to get rid of the dirt and level it all out for us. Very easy to work with, patient and kind.
