He charged me $115 for the job. I discussed this with him after talking to several other electrical contractors, none of whom charged more than $75 for the job, and he, in his own way, justified it--not to my satisfaction, however. Needless to say, I will never call him again.

I ask for a time frame and he says "anytime before 5". Already I am wary, but give him the benefit since he may have plenty of work. Come Wednesday and did not receive a phone call all day from him, not a text or any message of apology. So no work done and appointment missed. Tried calling the next day and now no answer to get through. As much as I can give a person a benefit of doubt, this is just no way to run a business haphazardly as such. Better organization and communciation is needed simply to meet demands of basic customer service. I wish I could gauge some merit on electrical work, but this review is solely based on the fact that this business owner could not be bothered with my business. Hopefully, others have better luck.
