Great spot to have coffee! The space (an office building lobby) is beautiful, with plenty of natural light, tall ceilings, and seating options with outlets. It would be a great place to work or to meet someone for coffee. I had a cappuccino and a mochi donut (coffee or tiramisu flavored), and both were great! Service was friendly, though there was a line (~5-10 mins) and you don't see the menu until you get to the register (since the line flanks along a blank wall), and then you have to rush to read through all of the options and choose quickly. So if I could make a recommendation, it would be to give patrons access to the menu while in line so they can read through all the options and be ready to order when they get to the register. This would make for a more pleasant experience (i.e. time in line appearing to go faster, less spastic ordering experience) and speed up the ordering process for both the staff and patrons (less time spent reading while standing at the register). read more

I stopped by Olympia Coffee on a Thursday morning. It was conveniently located a short walk from my hotel and was pretty busy when I arrived. The space itself was in the lobby of an office building, but really well-designed - emerald green tiling, plush seating, plenty of natural light, etc. The line to order moved quickly and I decided to try one of their seasonal drinks, the Haupia Latte. I've never actually eaten Haupia (Hawaiian coconut pudding), but the latte was excellent - strong, flavorful, and not too sweet. The girl at the counter was friendly and service was quick. Saw this place while walking the prior evening after leaving the 5th Avenue Theater. Service was quick and cordial. They also have an excellent heath department score. There is ample seating in the large lobby of this office building. Ordered Mount Bakon breakfast burrito. It was hot, fresh, and tasty and perfect for a light breakfast. The Americano had good flavor as did the latte. Was only a couple blocks from the hotel. Would definitely return here. read more

I flew into town and was looking for a solid spot to get some work done for a few hours--Olympia Coffee absolutely delivered. The open, airy space was perfect for settling in with my laptop, and the vibe was just right: not too loud, not too quiet. I ordered a dirty iced chai and it was so good--smooth, spicy, with just the right kick of espresso. Definitely a standout. What really impressed me, though, was the staff. Even with a long line, they stayed upbeat and efficient, keeping things moving without sacrificing friendliness. You can tell they know what they're doing and care about the experience. Located in lobby of first floor of building. Lots of room to find a seat and hangout with a well designed interior. The cookie I had (can't remember name I think it was moon something) was good. Espresso slightly sour but otherwise decent pull. Lots of different types of drinks here that people seem to be getting so perhaps the flavored drinks or ice coffees might be the better route. Came in on a Saturday morning for some lattes. The iced matcha latte was soooo good along with the perfect vanilla latte. The service was quick and easy as this is a coffee bar in a lobby. They have plenty of tables and cozy work spaces. The interior of this lobby was beautiful. This coffee window is inside of a larger building, which was beautiful, spacious and festive -- stopped by for a morning catchup with a friend and there was plenty of space to sit. Most folks seem to take their coffee to-go, but there's a cozy little seating area. The staff here is super sweet -- I got the Mushroom Pastry (which was so delicious) and a London Fog (which I was was steeped a smidge longer) but overall both were good. I'd definitely come back here to work, bring a book or chat with a pal. read more

The actual place you order is tiny but this is located in a larger building which has so much seating around that is also really nice. I got an oat milk cappuccino which was quite good, but pretty pricey for the size of the drink itself. I would come back if I needed a good spot to work though! read more

This coffee shop was on the other side of the hotel I stayed at. It is such a cute spot. It's a huge space to sit and relax to plan your day trip in the city. The kiosk is small which is all you need. Had some fun coffee flavors and tried some pastries. recommend anyone who's near by to try it out too. read more

Finally tried this coffee place today! We came at a poppin time because there was a LINE! It was pretty busy for them! Their coffee to go cups are SO cute and artistic! The staff taking coffee orders was so nice! He made sure our names were spelled right and asked for spelling. When it's busy, they do need a number called out louder or have a ticket or a mic...for right now, you just have to monitor that your order is on the counter. They have a couple of specials, as well as the ordinary cappuccino, latte, mocha, you name it! They also sell mochi donuts!!! So goood! I got a raspberry one. They also sell pastries. Stumbled upon this cute quant coffee shop located inside the Tower lobby! It's been suggested to be by co-workers that visited the area! The ambiance is cozy while providing an area for those that WFH. I ordered the Maple Bourbon Pecan Iced Latte with almond milk and it was 10/10. I'm an iced coffee girl even if it's 30 degrees outside and this one did not disappoint! They have a rotating menu of seasonal flavors and a variety of baked goods and pastries that looked delicious but I did not order! I had a lovely experience at Olympia Coffee. They had a fun variety of drinks and yummy pastries to try. Their cinnamon roll was actually the highlight of what we tried! It was warm and comforting and not overly sweet. I got the matcha lavendar lemonade which was good but on the sweet side. just came for a simple fkn coffee and waited 45 mins because they can't speak up enough when it's obvious it's packed the guy up front was nice but like come on $35 Canadien for something i could get for a quarter or less at Tim Hortons and a million times faster. Coffee wasn't good neither the service . Took corridor with brown sugar syrup, it was very bitter. The mochi donut was okay. Cappuccino with oat milk wasn't good either . All in all wasted $20 read more

The tiles! I'm obsessed with the teal tiles in this lobby that surround the coffee shop. They're so beautiful and I feel like I could sit there forever. There is lots of seating which I think makes this an ideal coffee shop to work from or read a book from. My latte was yummy and we also enjoyed a savory pinwheel which had a soft cheese in it which was different and delicious. The line was long but it moved quickly. Will be back again. read more

I stopped by olympia coffee during a lunch break and I'm so happy I did!!! The interior of the US bank where it's located is gorgeous and so clean. The workers were also so kind and communicated well when they told me I could either wait a couple minutes for them to restock an ingredient, or if I would like a vanilla substitute! I ordered their seasonal drink, the haupia latte, which contains hawaiian coconut milk pudding syrup and espresso! I ordered a medium and it was on the pricier side ($7.45) but it was smooth and delicious. The quality was definitely there and it makes me excited to try their other drinks as well. When I stopped by around 4, there was a steady stream of people but there's several spots to sit so it was fine! I feel like the space is so nice to get coffee and then some work done or just relax. I have loved Olympia coffee since their Olympia downtown location and it is so fun to see how far they have come. Their new downtown location is in a nice area and the entire space is very clean with plenty of seating. I ordered an oat milk latte, but I believe they may have thought I said "whole" because I received whole milk instead (I have an allergy), but they nicely remade it. The two times I had gone, I had asked it to be made in a "for here" mug, but never got one. When I asked after I received my second cup in a to-go, they said they'd have to remake the latte for me to have a for-here mug. The shot tasted a bit sour for their coffee, so I wonder if there were some new people working. I've had really great shots pulled from Olympia before so I know this isn't their usual. It's probably a few kinks the new location needs to work out. I wish there were stickers I could purchase, other locations have them, so hopefully this new one will get them! Overall, not bad. I like some of their other locations better, but it won't stop me from going to this one! read more

I was in town for a convention and wanted some good quality coffee before a long day of seminars and socialization. This place was in the area so I decided to try it out. The line wasn't too long when I arrived but by the time I left, it was much longer. The staff was kind and courteous and I didn't have to wait very long for my cappuccino. The shop is located in a spacious lobby and when I went, it was decorated for Christmas which added to the chic ambiance. My drink was smooth, the quality of the coffee was high, and it was served with sparkling water on a small tray. Overall, stopping at Olympia was a perfect start to my busy day. read more

Yes! This place has great coffee and it is located in an open lobby area with plenty of seating. Right downtown, it's a great place to grab your drink of choice and hammer out some work or read a book and people watch. Came here during a visit to Seattle. I ordered the black sesame hazelnut latte but was disappointed as it hardly had any sesame taste. My coffee buddy also felt the same way. Hazelnut favor was also very mild, hardly perceptible. Their koughn amann, however, was very delish. Service was friendly. Of note, they do not carry soy milk but do have other alternatives like almond and oat. read more

Came here as a quick pitstop and was pleasantly surprised. The interior of the place was beautiful and reminded me of a pool (in a good way). I got the Vanilla Latte. The coffee itself was pretty yummy, it tasted very refreshing and didn't have any of the flavors you associate with bad coffee (a weird sourness, etc). Walking in, you are met with this fabulous and spacious lobby. Even though we were new and was stuck on deciding which drinks, there was this fabulous barista that suggested a few for us. The drinks came out fast and was pretty good! I especially loved the Matcha Pineapple Tonic! We tried the Caffè Mocha but personally, my mom loves it more. It was too sweet for me but as long as someone else likes it and besides, I already have my own drink, it isn't too much of an issue. Definitely would love to come back read more

The staff was so sweet, drinks were ready quick, and the overall vibe of the cafe is perfect for relaxing and studying. I also love the selection of Asian goods and local artist-made stickers they have by the register (I got a totoro sticker)! I first tried the turon matcha which I thought was good but had a mild banana flavor. I was expecting more of a caramelized flavor but I still thought it was good. The next day, I ordered the matcha einspanner. Their housemade yoka whip was so yummy and added the perfect amount of sweetness to the matcha latte. Overall, the matcha here is smooth and both drinks weren't too sweet.

I ended up coming back and getting it again but with extra Matcha foam for additional Matcha flavor. Absolutely loved this drink. I also got a Matcha latte with black sesame cold foam. I've had a black sesame Matcha from somewhere else before, and the sesame flavor was very light, so that was what I was expecting, but was met with a very strong sesame flavor. I was not a huge fan as it felt overpowering and I couldn't taste the matcha. However, this is just a personal preference thing and if you like black sesame you should definitely try it! I'm not sure what much they used, but it didn't taste like the best quality, but it is still delicious and their drinks are all fun . The inside is small but and warm and cozy and they do have some seating. I was always able to find a spot. Super cute place with very sweet baristas.

Parking on broadway is a bit hit or miss but you can usually find a spot either on the main street or a nearby side street.

The two employees working today a man and a woman came across as passive aggressive when handing out drinks, especially if someone didn't hear their drink being called or asked a question. It made the experience feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming. As a local, I expect better consistency and customer care. For some reason, you get a much better experience both in service and quality at Victrola on 3rd & Pine in Capitol Hill & Pike. At this point, I don't plan on coming back to this location.

It didn't even taste good. I'm so upset. The barista was so kind and pretty. I hope your day is good honestly. This is on me though. I came here a while back, sometime in 2021. The coffee was good. I walked right back in. Yikes.
