Very basic hotel outside the city of Rome. Stayed here twice for a tour. Shared a room, god sized room with two twin beds. Not very comfortable, but learned most Italian hotel beds are not. My new Italian friends said most Americans are to soft with their beds... lol yes I do prefer a soft large comfortable bed. Bathroom was fine, happy there's a toilet seat( most hotels do have them) Air conditioning was inconsistent. Dining area was a good sized place, not a lot of ac here either. Most guests complained. Food was good, pasta and tiramisu were delicious. Breakfast buffet was great with a wide variety. The front desk staff was terrible, unfriendly and rude at times. Not just to me, our entire tour group had issues. Asked for a cup or glass and she told us we should of planned better. read more

This hotel has fair accommodation and was within walking distance of many restaurants and attractions. They have a dedicated parking lot, offer launder services for a fee, and in house dining. The staff is pleasant and eager to help. Furthermore the entire property is kept clean and rooms are spacious. read more

Where do I start!!!! HORRIBLE 1.no fitness center (September 9,2015) 2.terrible 12 euro "breakfast buffet" regular Swiss cheese regular ham boiled eggs juice or coffee and CANNED MIXED FRUiT and some bread....that's the glorious 12 euro buffet 3.my room had VERY little air coming from the AC....I had them fix it and it worked for 3 hours then I just gave up .....outside the rooms NO AC AT ALL 3.5 beds ARE kids size NO FULL OR QUEEN SIZE HERE 4.no laundry room or way to do your own laundry like the website states...they do have a laundry service tho$$$$$$$$$ 5.staff except the young guy and manager were MISERABLE....the Filipino or Asian guys RUDE the REST RUDE....except the young guy at night and manager ***they put this menu on the desk so that you can order "room service"...the menu has NO PRICE but it says delivery to room is 5 euro additional...I checked on the menu and put on my door( it's a check a box and sign out on the door knob outside type deal) ....did that twice for room service and NO Room service..I finally called and NO ONE cared...they said there was nothing on the door...and the first time they got the menu card after 10am....I was like I put it out BEFORE 7 am ...still they did not believe me and just did not care read more

I have to admit that the four stars are well deserved for the courtesy of the entire personnel. Unfortunately, overall it deserves three. Walls were so thin that you can listen every conversation (someone knocked in the wall while my phone was on speaker at midnight), and I still don't understand why I should ask the reception about air conditioning in my room. It was already set to 24 C, but it was felt like 30 C! The mattress was so firm that I woke up every morning with back pain. The website does not mention that the gym is outside of the hotel, and the fact that it was not available 24/7 made the difference. Nevertheless, we will probably go there again. It is closed to the metro and to a cheap Laundromat. It was very useful last day before our flight back home. I would recommend it if with tight budget. Price was reasonable. read more
