To be honest, some locals love it. In the meantime, small shops in the city centre draw slowly to an end. The new tram track was built along and also a 75 m high tower was planned. The case is still on, although the ground plan forbade this or other towers close to historical centre. Today, you might be asked on the street to sign a petition against the new tower.

She patently refused to understand my husband's Czech, but she didn't speak English either. not sure what her problem was, but she threw down some English menus, so they do have some. After about an hour, she warmed up to us a bit. I guess she was just in a bad mood or maybe had a recent really bad experience with other Americans? Anyway, aside from that, the food was absolutely delicious. They have a varied menu, so if you aren't used to Czech food or have been in the country a while and just want some variety, they have plenty of options. I wanted some variety, so I ordered a spicy pasta dish that was phenomenal. Everything my husband ordered was perfection as well!
