So very disappointed. Arrived when business opened on a Sat morning due to my small dog in…read moredistress overnight. Second opinion to a different vet business day before which had not resolved the issue which seemed minor. Was greeted with a very mean-spirited "can you pay" by a receptionist. I pay all my bills upon service. Escorted to room, vet did not introduce herself, examined my dog. Absolutely stone faced through visit. Scolded me for giving my dog a very small portion of pain med she had from UTI a year earlier. Performed xray, said no issues found. Spoke of nerve or back strain. Prescribed neural med and pain med. BUT not to give pain med for 4 days because of tad amount given night before. Note my dog was screaming in pain all night and even continued to do so at home for two more days. Sought another vet opinion and they tried to get copies of the dog's xray but G&M was not sending it until three phone calls were made, citing had to talk to Dr. The vet received xray only after hour visit was over and another xray had to be performed waiting on G&M. Come to find out the dog was fecal impacted, which G&M failed to mention ... and might be the real reason why Dr. advised wait four days to give med. But did not relay this info to me during the visit. So by the time the real problem was diagnosed correctly, amounted to $800 with resolution. $200 of that went to G&M including a $50 emergency fee. So all around was sorely disappointed with this business as not only were they most unkind, they were not forthcoming with information that could have made all the difference in my dog suffering for two more days. In fact, she was so impacted that the vet who did take the time in the evening after hours to work with helping my pet as to not have a colon rupture did not charge an emergency fee. However, there was another receptionist that seemed to be sidelined that was kind at G&M and to her I thank for her saying "I understand when you are worried for you pet and didn't blame me for being so worried about her."
