Sens was a suprise to us. Stopped for a quick lunch only. Turned out to be the best seafood platter we've ever had.
After a walk through the charming old town we came across this patisserie. Looked very promising, so we bought some pieces to enjoy later.
Looked so good that we couldn't resist to eat one right away. Some baiser, some cream (with coconut flavour) and mango topping. A perfect combination of flavours. Very innovative, very well executed - a piece of art. And well priced!
Also enjoyed the chocolate one very much (with the macaron on top).
Really really nice patisserie here. High quality products made with skill. Really would have loved to taste some more - but later on during our travel through France we were nowhere near this place. But definitely next time in France we will stop by Sens again. read more
