I learned post divorce my ex husband had provided acceptable settlements that she did not apprise me of. She pretended to work for me until the equity of my house was exhausted by her fees and when I sold my house on the eve of escrow she doubled the fees without me having any recourse. This was after beginning a mediation process where she refused to go to arbitration because she didn't want to pay the fees. So now after over 100,000' s in damages I've lost my home, business and income as a result of her unethical practices and my only recourse is to file a lawsuit and a complaint with the office of interdisciplinary council. I have knowledge of several other clients who have experienced the same misconduct and greed and will head a class action lawsuit and work to have her disbarred to stop her from such damages. Four lawyers looked at the result of this case plus a mediator and found her to have committed gross misconduct. My ex husband even will support action against her.
