On the day of the call, I received several text reminders of my 3:00 call. When 3:00 came, however, I did not receive a call. I called the office at 3:10 and spoke with Jaylen who told me the attorneys were busy with other clients after putting me on hold for a couple of minutes. He took my contact information again, but no attorney called me to reschedule. I realize some clients might take longer than expected or other issues might arise, but I believe the automated text messaging system should have told me that the discovery call needed to be rescheduled. Clients have lives, too.

(Tell Colman it should be back in his account five to seven business days). Also I had called the wrong number. Some one from the firm call me an told me it's going back to your account immediately i assure you it was pending .I took down the first Yelp review It is no longer pending in my account now it is showing up as a reoccurring Bill .I am just telling you my experience with this Law firm.

Spent over $20,000 to file one motion. 5 different attorneys were assigned to the case. First one quit after a few weeks on the case. They are ridiculous. Wasn't prepared for the case at all. The things they used in court were what I sent. Brought a witness that they didn't use, said witness wouldn't be allowed to testify. That obviously wasn't true as the defendant brought 3 witnesses and I might add was pro bono no attorney and they still lost the case for me against my son. Don't even try to get ahold of anyone cause they won't respond. You can easily get ahold of accounting to deposit more money but god forbid you want to talk to anyone on the phone they won't contact you. Run away from this firm as fast as you can. It's a scam to the worst degree. I will be filing a complaint with the bar association about the fraudulent charges and mid representation.
