The owner of the shop can be very rude. His payment terminals are old and malfunctioned the one time that I was there, so he had to put my card again for the payment.
On Aug 9, 2018, my wife went to this shop on her own. My wife is new in Bergen and doesn't understand Norwegian. She payed with the card on the terminal. Apparently the payment failed again this time for some reason and the terminal printed a receipt for a failed payment. So my wife thought she was done through the payment. She started bagging up the grocery. The shopowner instead of asking her politely to do the payment again asked her angrily "are you going to move out without paying for it?" My wife told him she already paid for it, and that he can check his camera footage that she punched her pin code in, and that if the payment has failed she can do it all over again. Instead of letting it go the shopkeeper told my wife that he can't check his camera for my wife's 31Kr worth of shopping.
This incidence has left a bad taste in our mouth; no customer should have to go through this kind of treatment. We will never do business with him again. read more
