I have my second Olhausen pool table -- the Sahara model. The pool table is great, but I ordered new pockets directly from Olhausen Online a couple of months ago and have not received an update. The last response I got from Willie Olhausen was over a month ago and he said the order should be shipped out. It wasn't. I guess you're all right if you buy your table from a dealer but if you want something directly from Olhausen, watch out. Hopefully they'll respond in the next year or two.... read more

We bought a gorgeous pool table for $5k - the New Orleans. They installed it and came out to fix a wrinkle in the felt, at no cost. Unfortunately when we purchased additional supplies they wouldn't let us return a $28 pool stick even with the receipt. What a bummer, the customer service was great up to that point. read more
