I'd advise anyone reviewing the 2 negative Yelp reviews to critically analyze what Christine P and Margaret T have written. What does this have to do with their operating and successful business that they've established and owned for years? Ok, so let's go to the mistreatment of animals accusation. I'm an animal lover and have many animal companions I'm blessed to provide and care for. But....Hmmmm....look critically at the ONE photo posted. Seems like there's a nice overhang or porch where the good boy goes to get shade and his food/water. That's conveniently not included in any additional photos on the Yelp post to make such a claim, that has nothing to do with the business, and the service they provide. Not to mention how hurtful and damaging that is to accuse someone of animal abuse. I'd be VERY sure before I did something like that on a public forum. Defamation of Character is a real thing, especially with unjustified claims that could potentially disrupt someone's business. Zoom in to the picture. He appears to be an elderly dog. He does not look emaciated or lacking in care in any way (I.e. fleas, ticks, mange, starvation, sores that are indicative of "day after day" being chained up without food and water). Sometimes, people do know better for their pets than a knee jerk assumption on your part. If I had a blind, elderly dog, or if he/she had a continence issue, and I had to work or run errands, etc. and I didn't want him/her to run into the road and get hit by a car and suffer a terrible death, but also not closed in or contained in the house, denying the sun, the breeze, and smells and all the things dogs enjoy outside, I'd have him/her on a lead for sure. I'm going to wrap this up by bringing this review back to what it SHOULD be about. The instructors are not just instructors... they have been, and are, established musicians; I recommend doing the research...incredibly talented people and artful in their approach to teaching all types of people.

He has some experience and has tried schools where they are about 'bums on seats' and there's no substance behind the sales patter. He LOVES it here! He feels at home and comfortable, his confidence is growing daily. From lessons with Kirk, mentoring from Brandon, Cole, Ryan, the amazing family that run the store. Friendly and welcoming but also really top musicians, true experts from playing in bands to engineers to editing, these guys are the real deal. Not only do the kids put on a great show, they are taught to set up, take down, it's the whole package. Honestly stop your search here and give them a try! They were nice guys, thorough in wrapping and careful with moving. Definitely top notch and will be calling them for my tuning needs!
