Nothing. 17k down the tubes. Do not use this company! Stay away!

I had always…read morenoticed how beautiful the roadside of this business was on my way to work but never had time to stop. On weekend, a few weeks ago, I did. As soon as I arrived, a staff member immediately approached me and started guiding me around the nursery. I had no idea the place was so big because there's another huge area for plants behind the house that you can't see from the road. After talking and finding out a wealth of knowledge from the worker, I also found out that they did installations. I set up a time to meet with one of the owners, Heather, for the following week. She arrived on time ( which was very important because I was on my lunch break) and I received an estimate the next day. From that point, I gave the deposit, scheduled a date to start, and received a beautiful installation. The plants well exceeded my expectation in quality and the St. Augustine sod they installation was delivered looked very fresh. I am extremely pleased with the new paver patio and fire pit that was installed. We've used it almost every night since. The only negative thing I could say about my experience was the amount of parking space available. They have a very small parking lot but I soon realized that all the side street parking was available also. Every time I stopped by the store, it was always packed with customers so sometimes, I had to wait to get in. I have already recommended "Olde Savannah Gardens" to my friends who they are also doing work for and will recommend them to anyone who needs garden help!

This is my go to Lowes and generally I have no issues, but recently I needed paint and waited…read morealmost an hour for someone to assist. It was in the evening around 8, but before I went to the store I confirmed they don't close until 10. I had to ask several passing employees and customer service people several times, in which they did page the person and they just didn't show. Then finally a woman comes to help, I am not sure if she was on lunch or what but you would think paint is pretty popular why isn't more than one person available to assist. The person never apologized, there was no sign saying be right back or anything. It wasn't just myself waiting it was multiple people. This is horrible when you have limited options in the area for things like this. I have noticed similar issues when it came to getting keys made here.
