Since the last caretaker and his wife left last year, no one cares about this place anymore, or the residents who live here. Everything now is about money. The property management company only cares if you pay your rent. The new caretaker only cares if you pay him extra for everything else. Everything costs $20 - $25 - to clean snow off your car, to move it when they plow, to put your A/C in or take it out, to help with your computer per hour. Karla and Juana showed up on time and ready to look at the house. After a quick run-through and discussing how long we were looking for, they gave me a GREAT price and said they could come Friday morning.
