The rooms are distinct, fun, and classy! It really feels like our home away from home (currently Northern California). The location could not be better. Consistently pleased by the hospitality, cafe breakfast, and overall friendly spirit. Located right night to Mauerpark and since we visited in the summer we seemed to always be there on a picnic, at the market, having a beer, or @ Bearpit karaoke on Sunday. Close to every kind of transportation you would need and plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, markets. Check in/ out was easy and communication was always attentive. Can't wait to return!

The correspondence with the representatives of the agency was efficient and well-organized, and they were courteous and responsive every time I'd emailed or spoken to them. Esp. when our flight to Berlin was delayed in Frankfurt for 8 hours, they were helpful in arranging our arrival. The apt we'd rented was exactly (just as nice) as it'd appeared on their website, and the proprietor was professional and courteous. I would definitely use the agency again next time I return to Berlin.

This is not just an ordinary hotel, it is apartment where you will find not only nice rooms but also mini apartments with kitchenettes and a real small flats. The rooms are tastefully decorated in pastel colors with a predominance of beige and lilac. You will find here everything you need. Although there is no air conditioning you can always ask at reception for a fan. There is free access to wifi but it works differently and sometimes with minor problems. The service is very friendly and helpful. Fast contact via phone or mail. Can easily communicate in English. On Your request they can reserve a parking space for You. Every morning- form 7:00 till 10:00 on the ground floor breakfast is served in the price of 8 euro/person. But if you have a room with a kitchenette (fridge, cooker, kettle, coffee maker, pots and all equipment) is worth to do breakfast alone - it is reale fun. I realy recommend this place - we spent there wonderful moments.
