Although they have quite a bit of crime and trashy people living there Once being there a year they kept pressuring me to buy. I thought about it long and hard and decided that is not what I wanted to do. Didn't make much sense financially. So after letting them know they started to put pressure on me and then when I kept saying no they told me I would have to buy the place or move out. I was furious because not once was this mentioned to me. So I found a place and when I let them know they wanted to tell me that I could move in another one of their homes. I was like no thanks. They wanted me to stay because they knew I would pay my rent but they use their tactics to try to get me to buy. I had had enough. I told them the house wouldn't be available until the 5th and I was told that would be fine and no worries. So I moved out, cleaned the place as I always have done my entire life. Gave them the keys and my new address. Never received a call or anything in the mail. They only required a small security deposit so I didn't bother with it because I had a water bill that was due anyways. So a year goes by and I get a notification on my credit report. Stating I owed them $1200.00. I was furious. I contacted the main corporation office and they were no help. Never returned a phone call even though I called them daily. Then I contacted the office where I lived. It took a lot of time and pushing them just to get a copy of the invoice. They charged me for stuff that was not even my damages. Let me say never have I ever had to pay anything after moving, never have I ever left the home in nothing but clean and good conditions. I even steamed cleaned the carpets. They tried to say that I damaged their blinds. When I moved in I bought all the blinds except the kitchen. How can you charge me damages for the blinds I bought. Then they said damage to these thin trim pieces. They are so cheap they kept falling off the wall which they never fixed or ever fixed my front door that the lock never worked. Then I had a leak before I moved out which was under the home and soaked the carpets and ruined my hutch. When they finally came to fix it they did not even get the water up. So now they want to charge me a months rent, damaged trim and a bathroom floor that sinks in which was like that when I moved in. I told her to pull the service records and my lease and they claim they can't find them. It was only a year ago. Then I found out they were charging me for more rent then what I actually was suppose to pay from the beginning. When I started putting everything together they stopped responding. They ruined my good credit!! But I will not give in. I am fighting this. Do not live here! They will lie and scam you. I only moved here because it was fast to get in and I was new to the area. Your property will get damaged, and stolen. Needless to say the people there are trashy, well most of them. When I took my kids to the pool we witnessed 4 physical altercations with adults. I seen kids get bullied and jumped. And a lot of drug problems out there and police are always out there. They had a manhunt out there one night and pedophiles live out there even when their not allowed to. Kids walk around with backpacks because they go around breaking into people's homes. Think twice before you move out there. You will regret it.

Your yard space is so small that you can barely do anything other than plant a small flower bed. It is in a convenient location, but there is always a very loud and constant noise of traffic on the highways. The streets are very narrow and broken; parking is very problematic. Their community rule book is incredibly detailed, but they very rarely enforce the rules and never address your complaints. For years, my neighbor's yard was filled with a mountain of garbage that smelled horrendous, and I complained many times. There are stray cats everywhere.

From the fire into the frying pan. When we did our initial inspection of the house and wrote down the problems. NOT ONE ROOM was void of problems. From the baton strips barely connected, a strong breeze would remove them. The walls are easily the most flimsy walls I've ever encountered. Cannot hang anything, tried installing curtain rods with the screws they came with and instantly fell once the wait of the curtains was placed. They have shelves in the closets that I would not trust to put any sort of weight on. The shelf in my daughter's room had to be removed due to the unstable walls. Our dryer did not work for the first 2 months of us living there. Maintenance wouldn't do nothing, they called a contractor. Contractor said they would not go under the house "That's for the maintenance to do" We waited and waited finally I had to go under the house MYSELF to find that the dryer vent was Taped over. Our dish washer wouldn't and still doesn't dry our dishes. Every load we have to dry them by hand. They had their contractor come to fix the light on our fridge and ended up completely breaking the connection switch. We have been without a light in our fridge for 6 months. There are no tension chains on the storm doors, we had a windy day my son went to let our dogs out the door got away from him and broke the door handle on the outside of the storm door. I told them about it on one of their random inspections. The maintenance guy said he'd be back by to fix it. It's still not fixed that was 3 months ago. I almost guarantee that they are going to take our entire security deposit because of their neglect. Even though I could've taken them to court for improper drainage and endangering tenants. I had a 2018 GMC Terrain that got caught in the lake that was created from their poor excuse of storm drains. I could've sued for vehicle damages. I REALLY wish I would've in retrospect. This place has been one relentless headache after another after another. They say this isn't a trailer park it's a modular community. I say b.s. it's ghetto, it's trailer trash park with greedy heartless neglectful slum lord management. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, NOT WORTH IT. $1,750 a month for a trailer house that's not worth more than $1,300. Good riddance Holiday Hell Estates.​ Update: I had just got a call from the Canton PD saying that I threatened the manager. Saying "I will have her head." It says this call is being recorded before anybody picks up and yet the manager is going to bold face lie to a police officer. Avoid this place especially because the manager is a Karen that is totally okay with playing the entrapment game.
