Lo and behold, I did find a pair that I really, really liked on Tuesday. I went home and tried to find them online, but to my luck I couldn't find them anywhere. When I came back on Thursday and was approached by a sales associate asking if I needed any help and I told him the exact pair that I wanted. He bent down and looked in the drawer where all of the new fresh pairs were kept. He takes out a pair and says oh these are them, and I said "no, I'm sorry they're not, they're not the right color." He said, "yes they are, they are the same model number as the one you just showed me." (Rodinara MK5009). I told him that through my research I noticed that there are four pairs they go under this model number, but they are just different colors (Silver, gunmetal, rose/pink, and gold). He said, "oh well, we just go by the MK4digit here." You could tell he was getting slightly flustered because it was apparent that I was more knowledgeable in the product that he is supposed to be selling to me. Thankfully not too long after, we found the exact pair that I wanted and I went up to the register. During checkout, I felt extremely rushed. I understand it's supposed to be a quick transaction, you know, the usual swipe your card, sign, etc., but it just seems like he couldn't wait for me to leave so that he can move onto the next potential customer. Nevertheless, the store is incredibly clean, welcoming, and thankfully stocked.

The staff obviously work on commission, because they fall over each other trying to help you. Which works out well for the customer because they are so eager to please. Last time I was there, buying a lovely spring bag, an employee simply overheard a conversation I was having with my husband and ran over with a wallet that doubled as a wristlet. Exactly what I was looking for! You can't beat that. Make sure to stop by the management office first for the AAA coupon book, and you'll save a little more.

They are always well stocked, have a large discount section and seem to get new items in before other H&M stores. Also, unlike many H&Ms it's clean and well organized. Finding things isn't an exercise in futility. No clothes in the isles. Nothing just dumped on the rack. Also, all of the employees I've encountered have been friendly, helpful and polite. I haven't checked out the women's or childrens sections so I cant really comment. However, just passing through to mens it seems the same. Neat and tidy. However, the prices are very high, even for the most basic items. The items are good quality, but very similar items can be found at plenty of other retailers at a much more appropriate cost. While the store is in a vary attractive area, and it's always beautifully set up, staff is also very friendly and attentive, the items aren't anything unique, and similar items can be found in many other places. Inside, the rooms are organized by gender and age, with younger ages on the east side of the house, and older on the west side. They even have maternity clothes for the mommy to be. They also have resources for low income families, including WIC info and state-assisted programs, and the owner of the store donates 10% of their proceeds to the Navy-Marine Corp Relief Foundation, which helps military families in need.
