I was just there the other day and got quite a bit of stuff for sale. They had a buy one get the second for 50% off sale. I got two ponchos, two infinity scarves, two tops, two hats, and a bath bomb. I was so surprised as soon as I walk in the store because it was like wow! This is incredible!! How do they get all of this stuff put in the store?! It's huge! You won't believe your eyes of how much stuff they've got!! It's like almost impossible to shop the entire store but I mean I would totally recommend it to somebody!! Now I don't pretend to be a fashionista, I mean I can barely match my socks half the time (and I only wear white socks) so that's why I was glad the staff at WHBM were so helpful. I gave them the approximate style and size of the person I was buying for (as well as my budget) and they were able to make several on point recommendations that I knew would be perfect for the very difficult person I was shopping for. In addition to showing me select pieces they were also great at showing me some options on how it could be worn so I could pass along the knowledge to the gift receiver on christmas morning. I remember seeing a pair of dress pants for $1.65 and that looked new. Most tops and pants ranged from around $4-10 unless it was a clearance item (then it'd be way less!). Sign up for their newsletter if you want to know the latest deal. Their clothing section is located downstairs so you might want to use a carrier on your little one if you come into the store as there are no elevators. However, there are shopping carts downstairs. While I was shopping and speaking with a family member, one of the store employees passed by and pushed our shopping cart in a rude and dismissive manner. I was very surprised by this behavior. Unfortunately, the situation did not end there. The same employee approached us multiple times afterward and behaved in a harassing and inappropriate way. We were shopping with two children, who were calmly playing nearby, yet the employee spoke to us in an inappropriate tone, asking where our children were and why we were not watching them. When I finally asked what the problem was and why we were being disturbed, the employee started shouting and raising their voice. At that point, the store manager came over and we explained what had happened. I have been living in Canada for some time, and this was the first time I have experienced such unprofessional and disrespectful behavior in a retail store. Unfortunately, it felt as though this behavior may have been influenced by the assumption that we are immigrants, which was very upsetting. Although I have shopped at this store before, after this experience I no longer feel comfortable shopping there, nor would I recommend this location to others.

What is really cool is the staff has been there for a long time and recognizes you when you go in. It is the perfect store for women 30+. Everything is colour coordinated, from the clothes to scarves to jewellery everything is presented boutique-style. They sell purses (guess) shoes, and a small area is dedicated to men's clothing. The store is located in a plaza on the east side of Yonge, so there is lots of parking. There is always specially priced clothes in racks outside the store. Trust me when I say you shouldn't pass it up. I have found many treasured pieces there. At the end of the season Cheryl the owner reduces her clothes by 50%. She sends out emails to her regular shoppers so you get first dibs on the sales. Staff are always friendly and you feel like you just want to go there and hang out. I highly recommend you check them out.
