Very organized, easy to make monthly payments through their parent portal. The staff is super nice and very professional. Their prices are very reasonable and the owner Melanie is the nicest person you will ever meet. They have cameras inside each of the studios so you can watch on a TV screen in the waiting area. The building is very nice and located in a great part of Greenville. I highly recommend this place for parents who's children want a great experience and get a great knowledge of dance.

Classes are just over an hour in the evenings and a bargain at just $10 each. (Community class on Thursdays is just $5!) Cash is preferable but they take cards too. Erica and Carlos had high expectations of their students and due to the individual attention that each student received, the progress was phenomenal. This was evident during the many Showcases throughout the year covering a very extensive repertoire. Spartanburg is truly fortunate to have two ex-Boston Ballet Principal Dancers on their doorstep. Not only are they the top in their league and excellent teachers, they are extremely kind and caring people wanting to share their love of dance and the arts with all who want to take part.

Wanted to take the time to write a kind review towards this ballet school…read more The lead teacher Val has decades of experience as a performer and trained in Russia at one of their art schools and also did 8 years of university study. He's very knowledgeable about ballet history which has been really insightful to learn about. He's someone who is really passionate about ballet and it's heritage and getting new people excited about dance. The style is very classical ballet and traditionally Russian with strong roots to origins of ballet. As teacher, he's noticeably thoughtful about each member of the class and adjusting his teaching to the students there each day. It's very nice to see such attentive teaching as a dancer. Even though I've had a lot training, I feel I'm learning and improving and gotten great opportunities at this studio. Val can be strict at times, but is also very warm-hearted and wants to help everyone improve their skills. He thoughtfully makes parts for everyone in the shows and starts the next show season by having people fill about their desired type of roles and keeps stock of that. I hope more people will come dance at this unique studio. It's smaller, but gives a lot of opportunities for getting personalized attention in being taught or private lessons. I'm really enjoying taking classes here and the chill vibes.

We showed up armed with boas and crowns that were great for the pictures we took afterward but not so good for dancing. This academy is legit. Jax was our instructor and was very professional even though the group was nervous and silly. But with her instruction we gave it our best shot, ending up with a short dance designed for beginners. The studio caters to serious dancers who are there for fitness, but they made us feel comfortable and we had so much fun. The studio was clean, including the bathrooms. I booked a one hour private session and it was worth every penny for the lasting memories we have. We may be back for the 80th!
