The waitress was accountable and admitted it was her fault and apologized but this situation definitely could have been handled better. Honestly, I expected our waitress to offer to comp the entire meal but instead we had to ASK for our beers to be taken care of. Even after asking, we had 4 beers and only 2 of them were free. Our waitress ( Jade) was nice enough but I would expect a bit more consideration after how we long we waited with 2 young boys hungry and waiting. Long story short, if you do end up waiting longer than expected be prepared not to be compensated for it; maybe pack a snack in order to tide yourself over. Dine in | Dinner This location has gone down so much Over the last year or so. We came in for dinner at 730pm on a Monday. Dining room was slow and not many patrons were there. It took about an hour to get any of our food. Including a salad that was asked for before hand. Part of the order came out luke warm and my husband's pizza was even later than that. The Manger finally came over to try to make amends, they did offer us a discount and a larger pizza. However the manager was more worried about hanging out with her friends at a near by table then actually working. This location has been going down hill for some time but we have always given them the benefit of the doubt and service was always decent. Tonight changed all of it. 1.5 hours with little to no service is just unacceptable. We will not be back. Everything from food quality to service is just garbage anymore. I'm not one to really complain about this stuff as I used to work in the service industry and I get it. Some things are out their control. But I cannot wrap my head around this lack of quality from a chain restaurant of this caliber. read more

Went straight from the airport to here only to find out they are already closed.... it's 12:30 A.M. and you're closed when the signs on your doors and Yelp clearly states, "Open Daily from 11 AM - 2 AM". Uhm...maybe you should change your hours to reflect the fact that you actually close earlier than 2 A.M. so that people that aren't from around here (or even local) don't have to waste their time coming here to find out that you're closed for the night. It's cliche to say "if I could give this zero stars then I would" but there's no other way to rate this. I never leave reviews but tonight's service definitely warrants one. Three times I have done to go orders from this restaurant in the last 6 months and I have had horrible service and food every time. From missing food, long wait times and very poor front of house staff I can most likely say I won't be ordering or visiting this place any time soon. At each experience I had interacted with two young hostesses. You can clearly see they do not enjoy their job. At one visit they spent more time joking and laughing with their friends than they were worried about customers and helping the business that currently employs them. Let me focus more on my most recent visit tonight. I ordered a pick up and promptly received a notification my order was ready. I arrived at the restaurant about 8 min after that. Front hostess told me my order was not in their food warmer and needed to run to the kitchen. She returned with my food. Looked in my bag and I was missing my child's drink, So I asked for my drink. She promptly went to find it. She returned with the drink and while she was gone I realized I was also missing fries from my child's meal and part of my app starter, which she promptly gave me my drink then ran back to the kitchen for my missing fries and mozz sticks. At this point, already missing three items, it should have been a discussion from the hostess to go through my order with me to make sure there wasn't anything else missing. But that's my common sense brain thinking. Before we could discuss anything else she rushes off to retrieve my items. After she left I had a gut feeling that I needed to re check my box as thats where my app trio was (again missing the mozz drinks) I did a double take at my nachos. It was hard to tell in such a low lit area but I couldn't tell the difference between the cardboard and my chips. Completely burnt to crap. I can't even believe that a food item of such low quality was allowed to leave the kitchen in the first place. When the hostesses returned with my missing fries and mozz sticks I approached her with my box of burnt charcoal. She was attempting to hand off the items she retrieved into my arms and rush off. I asked her how long it would take to bake the nachos and if we could get my order remade because they were REALLY burnt. She snatched the box from my hand and yet again... returned to the kitchen. At the 10 min mark (surprisingly) she returned with the box. To my utter surprise I had a large (more adequate portion size) or ACTUAL nachos. I thanked the hostess for her work and I left only after being there for a TO GO ORDER over 45 min. I'm fairly certain the ONLY part of my order that was correct and or wasn't burnt were the carrot sticks with my child's meal. As a person who works in a customer service based industry the experiences I have here are horrid. I totally understand being short staffed and having a swamped Friday night in a restaurant. But there are things that are completely unacceptable; like food allowed to leave the kitchen at low quality and front house staffing issues. Hostesses are literally the first impression of a faculty such as this and these girls clearly just don't care. If I had so many issues with my to go order, it makes me wonder about all the entrees that were served in the actual restaurant tonight. read more

My wife and I stopped by here on the way to Jackson Lake. We were excited to find a place that had a patio that allows dogs. My wife ordered a salad, which she liked. I ordered boneless wings. Our food took FOREVER and when it did finally come my wings were COLD. (Not just lukewarm, but cold...meaning that they sat out for a long time.) When I told them about it, they said they would rush out some new wings. The replacement wings took forever as well. Though it's a chain, we don't have these where I live on the East coast, so I decided it was the most appealing of the chains nearby. I had some boneless wings, the sweet Thai chicken salad, and a strawberry-basil lemonade. The wings had too much breading and not enough sauce. The salad was pretty good. The lemonade was very good. Food was cold, and service was not what you'd expect from old Chicago's. I know it's a new restaurant in the area but come on, and at least try to meet some sort of standards. I ordered a calzone. That's it. Took 1 hour 20 mins on a Tuesday. The excuse was that the cooks weren't prepared for the patio to be open. We came here on the 2nd week they were open. It was rainy so the patio wasn't open so there was a wait- but not a big deal. They told us 40 minutes and we sat in 30-- I like that they do the seating waiting through an app on your phone so you can check in on the status. The waiter was awesome, she knew her stuff- gave us some samples of beer and was really friendly. I've been to old Chicago plenty of times- but this location had foods on the menu I hadn't seen before- and they were YUMMY! I like how open this one is, versus all the other ones Ive been to where there are separate rooms and it feels small. There are a lot of tvs, pretty big bar area and a decent patio outside.
