Professionalism, Quality, Friendly…read more I reached out to "OTSD" a 5 Star detailing service waited three days after an auto reply but never heard back from them. It was a blessing because I was forced to find another option, " 1st Class Custom Detailing". I am highly impressed with the results of my car! I have a 4 door sedan used for family and pets. My car had food caked into the seats and floor, dog hair all over the car and just a couple of years worth of grime built up. 1st Class Custom started on my car in the morning before the scheduled 8am appointment. The price was great- I was expecting much more with all the work that needed to be done inside and outside of my car . I was treated like family, I would recommend to everyone!

If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. First of all,…read morealthough the TITLE of the Groupon reads, "Basic or Custom Detailing Package with Pick-Up and Delivery from Hollywood Detail OKC (Up to 50% Off)," I was charged $10 for pick up and delivery "because I was outside of the 20 mile radius." Interestingly enough, MapQuest shows it to be 18.1 miles but whatever. Second, before scheduling the appointment, I specifically asked how long the process takes and I was told 4-5 hours. They picked my car up somewhere around 10am on Wednesday. It was not back in my driveway until nearly 8am on Thursday, about 22 hours later. Although I had communicated that I got off work at 4pm, around 3:00 I was told it would be about 6pm. Around 6:15pm, I was told 8 or 8:30 but no later than 9pm. At 9pm, I was told, "Sorry, but the guy that usually drives us back and forth left and isn't answering his phone." I tried to call back and text shortly after as I was just done and had made arrangements to come get it. No reply. Sometime around midnight, he finally replied but I was already asleep. At 6:30am still no car in my driveway. I texted and called. Was told I could come get it but I told them that ship had sailed and I now didn't have a ride there. I NEEDED my car back to get my son to school for his fieldtrip and I needed it NOW. Around 7:45-8am, it was finally delivered and then I was asked to provide the driver with "$15 for an Uber" and an additional $10 for extra cleaning. WAIT, WHAT??? I quickly inspected the car. My child's car seat - broken! "Yeah, she had a hard time getting it out." My car seat was BROKEN!!!!! The hot chocolate that had been spilled on the seat was still there. The carpets looked as though they hadn't even been vacuumed well, let alone shampooed. The cup holders weren't even removed to be cleaned. The dirt I wiped off with a damp paper towel did NOT tell the story of a $300 value detail. I took photos and video to document it all as I walked around the car checking out this "detail to the stars." It looked like a job my 12 year old neighbor could have done with the vacuums at Boomerang and a bottle of Armour All. I have NEVER complained about a Groupon, Living Social, or any other such social media deal but this was HORRIBLE. Save your money and the hassle of having a "4-5 hour job take 22+ hours" and feed some quarters to a local car wash. You can do a better job yourself!!!!

They wanted a five dollar transport fee (that was included), twenty dollar "extra cleaning fee", and a $40 tip. They constantly gave me excuses about why it was taking so long; "the driver didn't show up". They clearly don't have a personal vehicle. I got a long string of crazy text messages that asked for more money because they were going to be homeless, etc. They BROKE my car seat, not a baby seat, a car seat! The car had over-spray on the windows that we cannot remove. The car is still dirty. The windows are streaky. They disconnected the battery and didn't even reset the clock. Trusted him (shouldn't have) and had my car repaired at a price of $260. Of course had to pay for labor. That's not the issue. Issue is they went to auto zone and got the part for $40 and came back, charged me $126 for it. (I'm sure that's where they went. Guy told me they didn't have the part there and they needed to go get the part). This part you can get anywhere for 40, 50, or even $60 depending on which one you choose to buy. Just didn't appreciate the dishonesty when I asked him if I could buy it cheaper myself and he told me no. He was very much a hustler and was only in it for the money.
