I rented a dunk take from these people. They brought it and I paid them $400.00 for the use of the Dunk Tank. They gave me all sorts of trouble when I asked for their insurance. Seems they needed an upgrade or something. That should have been my clue to run. The young guy who brought the tank was nice enough. He said, here is how it works. and he showed me the way that the vice grip mechanism works. He said, if it comes loose, "Crank down the snugging screw". m The next day, we filled the tank and set to making a day of it. This Dunk Tank was going to dunk our Parish Priests to make money for the school. Immediately, the seat was giving way and the young priest that was first up, kept going in, without warning. I started to call the company, and called the number that I had been given for the delivery person. I called over and over, never getting an answer. I texted and it was over an hour before I got a response. The problem, is that I had to shut down the dunk tank because the Young Priest hit his head, bruising it and feeling as if "(He) had been hit in the head with a baseball bat." Me: I sent messages to Mike by accident. The dunk tank has a broken piece and does not work. It does not hold anybody except for somebody who is 110 pounds and that's not gonna work for me. I need something that actually works and I paid to have it and for some reason, the person who is in the Dump thing first he got dunked twice and then every time he sat onto the seat it would just let go when I looked at the mechanics of the ice grip. Lu an who is an employee of this business had placed a king sized memory foam mattress for sale online. On 2/10 I went to to go pick up this mattress. At first when I got there, two men brought a wrapped up memory foam mattress with orange spots all over. I immediately asked for another mattress as I was confused on what these spots were and if it was rust or mold. She told me she has seen the spots before and will have the men who was working with her that day bring me out another one. I never got to see the box of this new mattress they brought out as the men said it couldn't fit in the trunk of my car, and that only the mattress itself could. Once I saw the mattress didn't have those same stains I paid her the agreed $120 and left I purchased this mattress for an Airbnb unit I run and was excited to have the mattress to add to a room. My husband opened the mattress and the memory foam did not rise. I figured it may take a few days. A few days came and it never rose. Because this was a business trip I went back home and gave it even more time but obviously I could not rent out that room because the mattress remained flat. This was a financial blow to me. On 3/4/23 I reached back out to Lu an to see if I could get an exchange or refund because it was advised to me that the bed may be defected since it never rose. Lu An claimed she was not aware this was a defected product and gave me the manager - PAUL's phone number I called him and he was the absolute rudest experience I had with a business. He tried to blame me for why his product never rose. He claimed he "wasn't Walmart" so it "doesn't work that way" to get a refund. He asked me why I didn't know the brand when they never gave a box and even his own employee when I asked her the day I purchased it what the brand was she said she didn't know. (See photos) Then he claimed he'd send someone to deliver a new memory foam mattress and if that new one he sends doesn't rise then he'd give a refund the following Monday. Paul is a liar, he never scheduled a time to deliver after me asking several times. He kept pushing a narrative of it being something I did such as having it too hot or cold in the room. Then he stopped responding all together. He never made good on his word of sending someone out or giving a refund. So this is the only resort I have is to expose this shady non integral action he did towards me. Do not do business with him.I wouldn't suggest to purchase anything from this business especially these memory foam mattresses they have floating on Facebook marketplace. He even admitted to knowing these memory foams he was selling had these stains on them but says he wasn't selling defected products. Go figure. Beware and save your money!
