Roger arrived on time as scheduled, brought all the necessary equipment to install the new and remove the old A/C unit. I was especially impressed with his lift unit that made the trips up and down from the roof safe and protected the RV from any damage. The service was done quickly and Roger answered any questions I had. They gave an estimate and have an easy process to review and accept that and financing is also available for folks who may need that. We bought a left over from 2024 that had been sitting on the lot for at least three years. They assured us that they would do a thorough inspection before we took delivery. After that was done, they gave us a piece of paper that said "We owe you". On it were three things that they found were missing. A striker on the stove, a latch, and a brace to hold the grill. We went there every week for 7 weeks before we returned home to Pennsylvania. Each time we were told it wasn't in, and that they would send it to us. That was March. Now it is the middle of July. No parts have arrived. We almost could not leave Florida because nobody submitted our paperwork for tags. we opted to buy tire and wheel insurance for $999. On the way home on I95, we had TWO blow outs within 50 miles of each other. Called our tire insurance. We're told we had to take it to one of their shops. That was impossible because we were stuck on the interstate. So they told us they couldn't help us. We finally found someone local (both times) and got fixed up. The cost was over $2,100. As soon as we got home, I contacted the tire warranty place and submitted all the paperwork and pictures we had. We received a little over $500 and were told that was all they would give us. this company just doesn't give a damn, so I say again.....DON'T buy an tv from them!!'nn
