We followed up with a phone call about 10 minutes after the scheduled pick up time, and the person who answered the phone seemed like they had been asleep, telling us it would take 20 minutes for a driver to pick us up. We cancelled and found alternate transportation to the airport. My sister missed her flight and had to pay an additional $200 in airfare as a result.
