Realtors beware!! During our transaction, I was constantly left out of the loop. I would call each day, sometimes twice and each time, I would leave a message with the receptionist. No response. I finally received an email asking for my client's info. So, I responded with her info plus asked my question. No response. I spent one day with my client all day...she is my best friend. During which, she witnessed me calling the Title Company multiple times and being told everyone was too busy to talk so I left messages. My client suggested we simply go there and ask our questions in person. So, we did! The receptionist had a man come out to tell us that they were too busy to answer any questions on our deal but we would receive an email "soon". I thanked him and handed him my card! The next day, the President, Susie called my client and told her that they have been trying to get ahold of me repeatedly for days and I was not responding!! My client/best friend let her have it and told her..."Um, I witnessed her call you several times and BTW...WE LITERALLY STOPPED BY!" Susie then back tracked and stumbled over her words! I am livid! In over a decade of being a Realtor, I have never seen such unprofessionalism! This is an attack on my integrity! How dare they talk bad about me to my client....especially when it is a bald-faced LIE! I will be filing an official complaint and I will NEVER agree to ANY transaction where they are the Title! Oh...and the kicker? We closed today and I was NOT told!!! read more
