Perhaps it is my Bronx skepticism kicking-in. The manager/salesperson was outstanding but I can't remember her name. I don't want to say how much we spent, but let's just say we greatly surpassed the US incoming custom's exemption. I guess we'll just need to donate the excess prior to re-entering the homeland...

Nina helped choose some things that were wonderfully complementary to my body shape stating "it's not about size, but shape". As I'm a few sizes larger in France then the US, this was very helpful to hear. She was a great sales person, spoke beautiful English and was a lot of fun. Let me just say one thing to the guys out there, your wife will love you forever if you take them to this store. This is a store where the locals buys their cloths, which made me feel that we were not getting riped off at some tourist trap.

It's their new affordable fashion brand that's accessible to any budget, but with clothes you won't find at places like H&M or Uniqlo. Their jeans are one of the things most people come here for, and while I didn't buy any, I can see why someone would. They look great and the price is right. When we returned in the evening, it was bustling with people shopping and eating and sitting outside on the patios enjoying drinks and desserts. Several stores selling jewelry, women's clothing, fragrance, electronics and clothes and other gifts were open as well as a ton of restaurants and cafes of all kinds. It's an easy metro ride so I highly recommend it. We already had dinner plans so we only spent about an hour walking around and browsing but we might come back for dinner and explore more next time we are in town.
