There were no single bruises, and it still looked like new even after a week. They even added balloons free of charge! Customer service was great too. The delivery lady called to tell me how my mom reacted and even texted me the picture of the flowers. --- The entire experience was so personable, definitely made me feel like a valued costumer. One thing I want to point out is that they operate from 9 AM to 5 PM, and there's no way for us to place flower delivery online unless it's by phone. It was difficult for us to reach them since we too have to work from 9 AM to 5 PM. But I'm not going to take away a star for something so minor. Overall, they're the best, and I can't recommend them enough!

My sister was making the bouquets, so I was looking for specific floral supplies, not full arrangements. After searching everywhere without success, I reached out to Tom's Florist. Even though Tom doesn't usually sell floral supplies, he was incredibly kind and generous in letting me purchase the picks I needed. He went above and beyond to help me find the perfect items, and his willingness to assist, even though it's not his usual service, truly made a difference. Tom's Florist is a gem. I definitely recommend him for all your floral needs. He has heart, professionalism, and a down-to-earth hometown feel that makes every interaction special. If I hadn't already had my sister making the bouquets, I would have asked Tom to handle them. Highly recommended!

She was one of the first florists to get back with me and really had a great idea when getting back with quotes. The majority of other florists would say sure your bouquet can include this and that and here is the price. Janice instead sends a document with pictures of the flowers you want or she suggests, with the picture of the shape of the bouquet. Not only did she do that for the bridal bouquet, but all other people who were to receive flowers. This was extremely visually helpful, and I knew immediately then I wanted to work with her! The one thing I absolutely loved about Janice was that she had no problems making any changes or suggestions, which is how any vendor should be when planning your wedding. You can tell she will gladly work with your visions and want you to have what you truly want! Even when she dropped off the flowers she made a minor change to my liking, A+++! I was in love with my bouquet. It had calla lilies, roses, mums, daisies (my favorite flower), and charleston roses, along with a little moss hanging down at the bottom. It was gorgeous, looked like a Romantic Charleston Bouquet! The only thing I am sad about is that I did not have time to take it anywhere to be dried or preserved, when leaving for my honeymoon, so I tried to dry it at home and some of the flowers just didn't dry very well, so I don't have a nice pretty one for display even though I will still keep it! That is my fault, but I wish I just had her fabulous bouquet to show off for awhile in our home in Charlotte! Use Pretty Petals for your wedding, it will be the best decision you made! Thank you Janice for making all of the wedding flowers look great! Looking forward to seeing your flowers again in a friend's wedding in the fall!
