On 3/30 I went to get an oil change and today 4/23 my oil light started flashing (never happened before) got out to check my oil levels and there's absolutely NO OIL whatsoever. Long story short - this place overfilled my oil, told me they had no idea how oil went from my turbo into my air filter, and made me pay full price for my oil change, even after an apathetic conversation with the regional manager. Very disappointing experience from supposed professionals. If you'd like the full story - read below: Went here for my first oil change in my new car. Got a coupon in the mail, boyfriend used them a few days before me and everything went fine. Unfortunately I did not have the same luck. When my oil change started, I heard several comments made between the mechanics that indicated they had little knowledge of my vehicle - including "wow, i've never seen that before!". Once my oil change was completed, they had me start my car. A few seconds went by, there was some yelling from the mechanic under my vehicle, and I was told to shut my vehicle off. This has never happened to me during an oil change before, so I knew something was wrong. Several minutes go by; I'm listening to the mechanic's talk to eachother but no one is talking to me. Sounds like something went seriously wrong - oil is leaking from somewhere it shouldn't be. I'm starting to panic - I've had this car for only a few months and she is my baby. One of the mechanics get on their cell phone to make a call. After several minutes, someone finally comes and talks to me. He tells me that what happened is something they have never seen before. As it was described to me, fresh oil came out of my turbo and into my air intake, drenching my air filter. I'm told that if I start my vehicle again, it could essentially destroy my engine. I am told that I am likely leaving here on a tow truck. They have no idea how this happened and haven't seen anything like it in the 5 years they've been doing oil changes. Several more minutes pass, I learn they are speaking with the regional manager. They clean up my engine, suction out the excess oil, tell me to start my car again. I reluctantly do so after confirming that it's not going to ruin my engine. Thankfully, my car started up fine, and they let it run for several minutes before deciding I was good to go. Now I get it - mistakes happen. However, I was a bit peeved that I was then expected to pay for the entire service without any kind of discount (besides the $30 coupon I brought in with me) or reassurance that my car wasn't ruined by their mistake. I had to ask to be put on the phone with their manager (I did not enjoy being a Karen in this moment, but felt like I had no choice). Asked him if I'd be able to have them cover the cost for my mechanic to look at my vehicle and ensure they did no damage. The response from the manager was that they are not paying for anything since my car is technically fine now. He did say if I took it to a mechanic and damage was linked back to them, I'd be compensated, which I did appreciate. I had to ask them for his direct phone number and was eventually given it. Called a mechanic the next morning - the response? "That shouldn't happen at all. Unless they over filled your oil." When I picked my car up from my mechanic after they physically looked at it, I was told "whoever did your oil must have had a bad day, and spilled oil everywhere". Moral of the story, I'm glad my car was okay. Do I feel like I should have had to pay full price for a terrible job? No. Did I pay it anyway? Yes. I understand mistakes happen, but more ownership of said mistakes would have been great. I will say that the mechanic that was working underneath my vehicle was the only one that showed me any kind of sympathy in the moment. He felt terrible and I genuinely felt bad for how stressful this must have been for them. However, it was also very stressful for me, and I don't feel like the manager on staff or the regional manager cared about anything other than saving face. I learned my lesson and will be taking my car to an established shop for oil changes from now on! read more

Pull into the service bay, tell the tech what you need, wait in the comfortable lounge, chat with the advisor, pay, done. I wasn't sure what grade of oil was in the car, but they looked up the manufacturer's spec and used that. They did a full safety inspection, topped off the wiper fluid, and had me out of there in under 30 minutes. read more

First I am a repeat customer. I came in for an oil change the first employee was nice but short. The Manager was rude, I asked if the had specials he said the prices are as quoted. I said well I can do it myself for half the price. He said then pull out... ( of the bay) I tried explaining is this how you treat repeat customers. He turned his back. Like I wasn't even there. Yes, I went in for service for oil change at the Toyota dealer for my Toyota RAV4, after it was all done I came out to 179 and some change. So then I asked how much for a transmission flush they quoted me $450. So I said OK I'll check on you later so then I found oil changers they quoted me 150 for my transmission flush change of transmission oil and all that when I got there they fixed me right up and they found out that I was veteran so they gave me another 15% off so veterans go to them if you need a oil change or transmission change they will treat you well so the whole bill came out to 135 and some change save me over $300 4 stars read more

My first experience at this place was great, two honest guys. My second experience last Monday not so much. The man who helped me gave me the heebie-jeebies every time me looked at me, I could tell that he was lying to try and take advantage of me because I am a woman. He came back with a laundry list of items that was wrong with my car and I should fix, would have been hundreds of dollars more. I took that list and trusted my gut and told him no thank you. I took my car to Proformance Lube Center in the valley, gave them that same list and none of the items were needed. They even showed me the difference between good transmission fluids and bad so I could check that myself in the future. So if you're a female and looking for honest reliable work for your car go to Proformance Lube Center in the Valley, not this dishonest place. read more

I ignored the bad reviews, you shouldn't. The wiper fluid they put in froze in my system. One horribly dangerous drive to work later I decided to take it back to them and make them fix it. They did, flushed the whole system they said. It worked too, for about the time it took me to get back to work. After work I went to drive home and it was frozen yet again. I went back to a different location and told them they needed to fix it. I was basically told to get fu&$ed. 0/10 would not recommend to anyone. Edit: Since they responded to my review. I just moved here from Denver, the fluid that was in there previously has been weather tested through much colder temperatures than today. Whatever was put in there last week is entirely to blame for my current situation. Your customer service is terrible. You create a problem and then blame it on the customer. read more

Absolutely horrible customer service. Super grumpy. Very aggressive upsell at truly ridiculous prices. (I'm used to this somewhat at quick lube places, but this was far worse than usual.) Won't be back. Ever. Even if it's the last place on earth selling oil changes. read more

Honestly I was very pleased with the service I recieved ( a simple tire rotation ) until I got my car back and realized 100$ cash was taken from a cash envelope I had left in the car. I called the bank asking if they had, had any drawer offages and no. Spokane quick lube was the only place I had stopped following the cash withdrawal. Thanks Spokane quick lube! read more

AMAZING service! I come here for everything (oil change, lights out, random crap that happens to my car, etc) and the mechanics never fail to deliver. They've even cleaned out my dirty and really gross air filter when no one else at other places wanted to or told me about it. They are very friendly and don't try to trick you into spending money. I've taken my car to Spokane Quick Lube forever, but lately they have gone down hill in the quality department. Last time I was there, they forgot to turn off my maintenance light. I took it back, they turned it off, and said they forgot to fix the license plate light (which I had paid for). I had to wait for them to fix it, got home and realized they forgot to put my trunk lining back together. They also said to have my brakes checked because they were bad. Had my brakes checked, no problem. Went back today, told them to have the trunk lining pins installed, even left the trunk open for them. They again forgot the maintenance light, and I had to wait around because they simply shut the trunk without doing the repairs. They again told me I needed new brakes, again took it to Les Schwab and again, I don't. I'm so tired of their lazy quality and just want to sell stuff that does not need fixed. I'm going to find somewhere else. I'm officially done with them!! read more

I hate to put a big black mark on a record like this, but I had the same issue with the window chip repair scheme. They did tell me it would be paid by my insurance, to which I replied I had liability only and tried very hard to get it through their heads. They didn't listen and it became a way bigger deal than it had to be. Also, the service was something just cooler than lukewarm, and I was *absolutely* talked into services I didn't want. read more

The guy that had not once but TWICE tightened my oil filter just enough to where it was on but it leaked... then he puT the wrong oil in my car... it sayS on the damn cap only use conventional oil. Then he didn't honor my oil change coupon and tried to charge 60$++ for my $20 oil change. The first time it happened I thought I was trippin but he also told me there was severe leaks on both vehicles and I checked the second car.... it was 100% not leaking... on top of that he said I needed oil pressure sensors replaced both times... which I didn't... I had a mechanic check my second car through and through and all I needed was an oil change.... the dude is a crock of shit and when I called him out on it he said it would be 300$ to fix... haha to put my oil filter on properly?? I don't think so. Dude is a dick... I hope he has this happen to him and his shit breaks down like mine did. Those places think it's cool to over charge girls because they usually don't know much about cars... really great to do to. Do honest work guys and not only for guys. This is why I checked my car before I took it in just to make sure I wasnt just pointing fingers. read more
