Stopped by for a routine oil change. Started out just like any other visit and the guys were checking my car our fixing it all up: oil, wipers, filters, and tire pressure. Things went a little unexpected but was something I'm so thankful to have been at their business when it happened. After several trips to local auto stores with no luck, they still managed to get me on the road this evening. I did not get all their names but I know Sebastian was the manager and I have to brag on his entire team that was on shift 7/17/25. I have always stopped at the Pikeville location because they offer military discount and truly appreciate your business. After today, and the amazing service and hospitality I received while waiting for them to fix my car; I can say without a shadow of a doubt, I will never go anywhere else for service!!!! Absolutely amazing service! This was my first time, and as a female there is always that fear of being ripped off or not taken seriously. Here it was the complete opposite, they were so nice and helpful, they even gave me a coupon to help with the price which i must say was very affordable! I would recommend to any of my friends or family and definitely will be returning for future services! It's under new management and Alex is still there. They are the best tea. They checked all my filters and fluid. They educated me on the best oil for my vehicle. It didn't take long for an oil change and everything. My cabin filter was horrible because I didn't know it had not been changed since the vehicle was new!! Overall the price was Round 130.00 which is a good value for all they do in one stop. My cabin filter was 40.00! I will be stopping here for all of my service appointments going forward. read more
