If I was serving food to pigs I think that that would be roughtly the correct consistency. Cobb salad ingredients should include variety of things - Romaine lettuce (not iceberg), tomatos, blue cheese, avocado slices, hardboiled egg, bacon bits and cubed chicken. Typically with vinaigrette dressing. Not brown sludge. I wrote them an email directly but they ignored it. I guess they earned this review twice. Service was OK ambience too.
