Then I was simply asked "What have you done for this in the past?" I responded "Acupuncture." To which he replied "Okay, let's do that." I was hooked up and he left. It felt good, took care of the issue and he came back to due a small adjustment and he said I should be back in a day or two for another session. It was an alright experience but I got the impression that my issue or just me as a patient just wasn't all that important to the doctor. The clinic was packed with people in different rooms, the waiting room was full. It was clear he was treating up to 5 or 6 people at a time which is okay I guess, I understand that you can do an adjustment on someone while the other guy is getting acupuncture. But the thought kept creeping in to mind that maximizing profit was more important than my issue. You can get great treatment here, but I just like to have a bit more of a one-on-one experience with a personable doctor that has a vested interested in getting you better. Not sure you can get that here. Maybe you can, maybe I just had a bad experience, maybe my standards are too high. Not sure, but I've found another chiropractor I prefer. This place is worth checking out if your new to the area and need some treatment.

I have great praise for the thorough assessment process so that they ascertain as much history to determine appropriate treatment. Although the first time to this clinic, this is second time I have gone for therapy for my hand. This is second clinic because the other one had longer waiting period. Trafalgar Physiotherapy have used different methods and I was glad for variety to try to find something that worked. The therapist has been most attentive to finding why the healing has been taking longer than normal, and, in fact, through discussion each session, she determined what appears to be the cause and we have addressed the change. She is knowledgeable, patient and helpful to be sure what I am doing is done correctly. I definitely recommend this clinic.
