Very ugly, dirty, facilities falling apart messy, trash everywhere, toilet disgusting, electric wires coming out the wall next to water foot spa, crappy walls, stains.. ew. is just unsafe.
The staff is friendly and obviously not their fault. They don't have any supervision or proper training, is not their fault, is just absent management.
Very high priced for a disgusting experience. seriously I was just horrified about this creepy place. Please, hygiene state department, close this place immediately.
Horrible, sucio y asqueroso. Vine con mi amiga a tomar un manicure y pedicure y un facial. Pensábamos que iba estar bien porque está muy bien ubicado en San Pedro cerca de nuestro hotel, Y no sorprendió porque el lugar simplemente es una pesadilla. Super feo mugroso todo el local se está cayendo a pedazos completamente destrozado basura donde quiera el baño no funcionaba roto y sucio. Había cables eléctricos saliendo de la pared al lado del Spa del pedicure con agua, Simplemente muy inseguro cualquiera se podría electrocutar.
El staff no tiene la culpa, ellas son simplemente empleadas que van a su trabajo y se van; simplemente no tienen ningún supervisor y nadie que administre el local.
Super carísimo por una experiencia asquerosa. Huyan de este lugar y si existe un departamento de higiene cierren este lugar inmediatamente.
